We order from this location all the time, love it, the food is great. However I ordered food tonight for my family, spending $60+ on wings and pizza. The pizza was good like normal, however after asking for sauce on the side it came on the wings, the mild sauce was also more spicy than normal. I figured after explaining these things we could have everything taken care of, but while explaining over the phone the manager just said âThatâs my mild sauce.â then hung up on my mother. So I figured it would be best to go and try to talk it over to see if I could get the wings remade. Once I was down either the Owner or Manager in charge came over and pretty much told me it was my fault that his employees didnât write down sauce on the side, then said 10 free wings was the âBest he could do.â when I had 20, I just found it completely ridiculous because like i said, we order their all the time since typically we donât have any problems. If it was the Owner then frankly you are completely unprofessional and sleazy. If it was the night manager, same goes for you and I hope your store owner sees this. Iâve worked fast food before and know itâs just common curiosity to NOT hang up on a customer whoâs trying to address a situation and offering a refund or replacing the full 20 messed up sauce covered soggy wings. The last few orders, I have called in, and the man on the other side of the phone could barely speak, or understood English. No offense towards the man, but he has no communication skills, and talks over me when I'm speaking. I'm always worried he's getting the address and order wrong. Because he speaks so fast with his accent. It's painful. The pizza is amazing, and great value, Just PLEASE have someone on the phone that has communication skills and speaks English!
Also, they always ask for a tip when picking up an order. It's awkward. Just hand me the debit machine and let me choose my tape if I want. Don't stand there and ask me if I'm tipping out loud, that's not how it's done.
I do believe there's been a few additions to the staff that are just not keeping the same service standard as it used to be. Please train your staff better in constomer service, and have someone on the phone that can communicate a pizza order properly, and I will continue to come here as it's my favorite place in Sackville. I've been a regular for many years. But if things don't change soon I will be taking my weekly pizza orders...

One previous visit I was given slightly burned donair egg roles when previously they were always very tasty so we get them for an extra treat but not this time!!! The last time I was there it was a total state if confusion with very poor service and it looking like nobody was in control. I had great trouble trying to get them to understand my order or name for that matter as it was pre-ordered. They may have lost it when it was called in. During all this I could hear the cook repeatedly trying to get someone to tell him if an order was for a large or small donair taking him a minimum of three requests for clarity. People waiting for service and watching the circus of me trying to get my order were shaking their heads plus smiling at me as they could see the frustration due to the lack of service!!!
