Super inconsistent. I like the food when its made right and that is becoming less and less consistent. Only time it seems is good to order is weekday afternoons but I would say is a strange time for most people.
primary issue I have been having is the gum line, too much sauce or toppings or cheese or what ever stops the dough from cooking properly. Undercooked dough sits like a brick in my gut and the next day is basically inedible mush not to mention the food safety implications of serving undercooked flour as it is a possible source of food borne illness.
The company policy's are a complete joke trying to receive customer service, you spend more time trying to get your order corrected where they offered me a partial credit which expires after 90 days or to remake the pizza. I wanted to take the credit but felt I was being cheated so I chose to remake the pizza which came, predictably, undercooked with the same issues. so now I have 4 raw pizzas and nothing to eat which I paid 50 bucks for and a credit for another 2 likely raw pizzas which I also wont eat or I need to strategically call the store and ask if the owner or manager is working and specifically request they make the pizzas. I explained what the issue was (too much toppings/sauce/cheese) to the customer service person and I don't think that information was passed along to the kitchen these are recipe pizzas with little to no modifications made to the order which I assume have a spec sheet that is being ignored or is in serious need of an update.
The reason for this review is it is an ongoing issue I do not normally complain or write negative reviews. I tried to go through their internal complaint process and felt largely ignored and dismissed so hopefully this review catches the owners attention and something can be done about it.

The girl who was working alone served us on Saturday July 20 early afternoon for lunch. She made me feel really uncomfortable by shaking her head and grinning everytime we asked her about the menu, food and the crust.
