Booster Juice — Restaurant in Markham

The Staff at Booster Juice is wonderful!!! Vienna is the best. She is usually the person I deal with daily. I’m a regular there and she knows my order and my name. She is always on top of her game and ALWAYS makes people feel special!! She was even kind enough to help me out, when an ingredient is not available. She certainly didn’t have to go out of her way to do that either!! I was appreciative and was grateful for the kind gesture!! As for the review provided by someone named Alexis – is completely WRONG about the staff there!!! Not sure how someone could confuse the cut-up wheat grass (which is clearly connected to a blending machine of some sort) for a decorative piece. The staff is NEVER rude. The staff would NEVER antagonize anyone and NEVER harshly or loudly be rude or unpleasant. No one there is threatening. It’s a family owned business and kindest people work there. Moved to the area two years ago... been coming to this location for those two years... This location makes great juices. They have staff that shines above others - There are two girls that work on Saturdays and some weeknights alone - They are the best above the rest. I sometimes leave if I don't see them working... (this could be fixed with better training for the rest of the staff) They take extra care, rinsing the machines, and washing them when needed so you get the best tasting juices. They always use the strainer so you get no pulp and smooth healthy Juice. Other staff are good, but the two Asian girls that work there are TOPS!

They deserve a raise or some sort of commendation/award, I myself have staff that work under me and I award and appreciate great work. Booster juice management should do the same... please reward...

I just wanted to share my appreciation for this Booster Juice location, but in particular, my appreciation for a specific staff member named Raysean (I'm probably spelling it wrong, my apologies).

I've been here a few times post-workout sessions at LA Fitness and I'm that customer that comes in with their own protein powder (I'm very protein specific). Every time I've came in, Raysean has always greeted me with such a friendly smile and has always been accommodating when I request if it's okay to use my own protein powder. Some locations I've been to are really strict about mixing a customer's protein powder into their blenders, which in my opinion, shouldn't make a difference if you're going to wash the blender anyway.
