Decided to give this location another try. What a mess. Multiple groups of grumpy customers and long wait times. Staff were clearly overwhelmed, you could tell my their communication and looks on their faces.

I ordered ahead of time to save on the wait. I even came a bit later than the pickup time for some buffer. Stillll longggg wait. Over 25 minutes wait for a drink. If I knew it was this long I would have not ordered and gone somewhere else. Female employee did not apologise for the wait but did to the group before me. Drink was not made to order. Ordered no ice and gave me full ice. 2 hours later and the ice has not all melted.

Not a good atmosphere when everyone is so unhappy and overwhelmed. Customer came in and said her drink did not have tapioca. The customer already drank from it. The female employee takes the drink and tries to open it with scissors to add the tapioca. This is not very hygienic, especially during these times. New drink should be made with no cross comtmantoon.

Won’t be coming back to this location. Very disappointed. —————

What the other reviewer said about water downed drinks is true. Ordered a milk tea today and it was so watered down. Usually other locations are good. Not sure if it was because it was on special. But I’ve noticed this store tries to cut corners, when I redeem my points. I will stick with the other...

I was in the area and craving some bubble tea, so I decided to try out this new place.

It's a great new addition to this plaza, but I don't think it's my new favourite boba place.

I decided to go with a classic small Pearl Milk Tea, and it was pretty good. The cup was a bit smaller than most other places for that size and the price was slightly more expensive. I ended up paying over $6 for a small. The taste was also just ok. I noticed that they sweeten the drinks with honey instead of sugar which is a nice touch, but if you're someone who likes their bubble tea sweet, it might not hit the spot for you. The tea flavour wasn't very strong either. Lastly, while it was great that the tapioca bubbles were fresh, it felt so strange to have warm bubbles at the bottom of my cold drink.

The service was fast & friendly, and the staff was knowledgeable.

Normally drinks are fine but when went in to get a winter melon tea drink, it tasted far more diluted than im used to. I've been to other kung fu tea locations before and always order winter melon tea but ordering winter melon tea at this store, my drink tasted super diluted and not sweet enough. So I go back and ask if they can remake it less diluted (I asked for it to be made with no water and light ice) and more sweet and they said they won't be able to fill the drink up. I've worked at starbucks and chatime and not once is there a situation where I dont fill up a drink; a drink made with no water would just be filled with more tea/juice. I dont understand why they wouldn't just fill up my drink with more winter melon juice, I just found this to be very cheap to not fill my drink up just because I didnt want it to be made with water.
