I would like to share the incident that happened with me at Dominos at 6605 Hwy 7 in Markham.
I placed pickup order for chicken Alfredo pasta , one lady took my order placed it correctly and when i came home, opened my pasta there was a different pasta which has mushroom and spinach in it.
I called them to complain about the order . she was not accepting the mistakes and was pretty confident on phone that it’s not possible and she was one who made the correct order and packed it properly. I told her twice that I had a wrong order but she was not ready to listen. I went back to the store to show her , instead of apologizing she was blaming me that i changed the order . She said ''I am the Assistant Manager here I know what I am doing'' I asked for refund but She was giving me refund in cash , which I don’t want . I told her I paid by my debit just give my debit refund .she wasted my 15 min to find out how to do the debit refund at the end she said was not able to do.
When I asked her name and she replied that she cannot share any personal information
I asked for branch manager’s name she refused me for that also. She was not wearing a name tag I asked her for her name tag, her wording was at Dominos they are not allowed to wear a NAME TAG. At the end she started yelling on me , came towards me from the back of the counter, if you guys have CCTV CAMERA , please pull the video of the incident. I am attaching the receipt of the order which I placed and the picture of the pasta which i got.
Is this kind of service you provide to your customers. This wild behaviour is not acceptable at all.
She never apologized for her mistake. Is Domino’s employee are allowed to wear name tags? Are Customer not allowed to complain about...
Read moreDomino's is our pizza destination wherever in the world we lived before (Europe, UK, India, etc.). Taste wise, there are no issues, but the handling by the staff makes all the difference in the service industry.
I don't want to whine, but things could have been slightly different when handling a miss from the staff.
We ordered a number of items the other day. After pickup, we drove a bit away, and then my wife realized that they missed one item, which my son requested. When we went back to enquire, the staff was very reluctant to listen & once she figured she asked to wait to attend other customers.
Okay. so we waited, but she just picked up the missing box from the station behind & gave us. What I noticed is that she lacked the basic courtesy to admit that she missed it in the first place. We were ok since this can happen in busy hours. But even after we did the due diligence, she was like whatsoever. Also, in my opinion, she didn't even have to hold us for other customers as soon as she realized it was lying behind her.
I'm not sure if she had a bad day, but this kind of attitude & treatment to a regular customer is not good for the service...
Read moreI wanted to start off by saying that the location I frequent is usually my go-to spot — the staff there have always been polite and consistent with their service. In fact, on July 15, I placed an order around 11:55 PM (just minutes before closing), and I truly appreciated that the team still kindly took my order without hesitation, even though I know they were probably wrapping up for the night.
That said, I did want to share a bit of feedback. I ordered the cheesy bread, which I’ve had many times before and usually enjoy. However, this time it was unusually greasy — to the point where it was drenched in oil or butter and honestly not edible. I’ve attached a photo for reference.
I understand it was the end of the night, and mistakes happen, but this was disappointing given the usual quality I’ve come to expect from this location. I normally would let a small issue slide, but this...
