we recently had the pleasure of dining at this place , and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish! Nestled in the heart of Markham, this breakfast haven is a true gem for all breakfast enthusiasts. As soon as I walked in, the cozy and welcoming atmosphere immediately set the tone for a delightful meal. The modern yet warm decor, coupled with the friendly chatter of satisfied customers, created a perfect ambience for a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience.

The service was top-notch! The staff was not only attentive but also incredibly friendly. Our server took the time to explain the menu options, offered insightful recommendations, and ensured our coffee cups were always full. The efficiency and friendliness of the staff truly enhanced our overall enjoyment.

Okay, This will be a tough review. I do want to see this establishment succeed. But...

CONS: -I had to give the food a 1 star simply because I never even received my food since the wait literally took forever. I waited for about 40 minutes after ordering, before just giving up and leaving all together without even eating my breakfast! -There were several employees yelling or scrambling around the kitchen, it seemed very chaotic and as customer's I would say we definitely felt that feeling as well. -Turns out we were not the only ones leaving because the food took too long, so seeing other customer's leaving was pretty discouraging while waiting for our order to be served. It was pretty clear my table was not going to get the food anytime soon since a few of the tables that were seated before me still haven't gotten their food either.

PROS: -The servers were very enthusiastic and polite. -The food smelled great (lol). -The place was clean and was seated pretty quickly. -Lots of parking and the store is very easy to find.

Like I said, it's some pretty harsh criticism, but I do believe with the right systems and training in place, it will be an exceptional establishment. I do hope for the best and hopefully be able to visit again in the near future to see the improvements.

Edit: nothing was done after my review, so I must say, this is a horrible establishment. Avoid at all costs, there are plenty of other options nearby, if you come here...you are definitely wasting your money. You've...

Unfortunately there were multiple things wrong with my order. To start off strong, a whole dish was missing leaving my mum without her breakfast. I’m not sure what went wrong, or if they were out of the ingredients, but working at a restaurant myself, if we are unable to fulfill a dish due to lack of ingredients, we will call the customer to ask for an alternative. Thankfully Uber gave me a quick refund for said dish. In continuance, I had ordered a French benny with two soft poached eggs. Needless to say, the eggs were cooked all the way through and I couldn’t enjoy runny eggs. I would understand if hard poached eggs were the standard to the dish, but then why add the choice of soft poached. Finally, this one’s not AS important, but they give you minimal home fries. I’ve seen multiple breakfast places load plates and takeout boxes with home fries since they’re a “box filler”. So to see so much of the box empty, on top of missing a complete meal, and coming to find that my supposedly runny eggs aren’t runny, is genuinely a bad start to the day. Might try out their dine in services, probably not though. And most likely won’t be ordering from them again...
