I had a craving for some dishes from my favourite Thai Malay restaurant on the planet. Tucked into the corner of the food court, this place never disappoints. I was in Markham ( which used to be daily occurence for work), and made a point of dropping in and getting 3 of my favourites (Curry Laksa, Singapore Noodles and Pad Thai). As always, the food was awesome, the portions filling and the prices very reasonable. I can't do them justice in a review. Some thing's need to be experienced. My family has been coming here for years and they easily have the best Malaysian food in Markham, if not Toronto. We have driven across Toronto to try many different places but none can compare to the taste and value of Malay Thai.

We always get the curry laksa, wat tan hor and mee goreng. All are excellent, make sure you specify your spice levels! The nasi goreng and char kway teow are also very good and have great flavour. The portions can’t be beat for the price, and the food is just so satisfying and comforting.

After hearing some good comments about this shop, I was happy to give it a try. It was nice to finally find a place for Singaporean & Malay food. The lady owner was very friendly and made me felt welcomed. I ordered a Singapore Style Fried Vermicelli Noodle and a Penang Fried Kueh Teow. Both of them tasted yummy because it was fresh and made by order. It was pretty good for the price. I will definitely go back to try other items on their menu.
