Pizzaville — Restaurant in Markham

This location opened up about 10 days ago and I wanted to support Canadian owned businesses so I had to give it a try. Placed an order online and went to the store to pick it up.

Was immediately greeted by the friendly staff upon entering the store. The store was very clean, has seating for dine in and had a good variety of slices on display. They have a few specials going on right now: Large 3 topping pizza pickup special for $12.99 and any slice comes with a free coca cola brand soda.

I got the pick up special and for $1 more I got 2 dipping sauces. Right now they have a promotion where they give you a pizza carryout bag to keep your pizza warm. My coworkers and I ordered a large pizza from Pizzaville, was ordered and made fresh that day. The pizza looked fine, tasted fine, and overall it seemed good. All three of us ended up feeling unwell afterwards. Luckily I was working from home the next day and near my bathroom. I've enjoyed a slice from Pizzaville in the past, but this experience really put me off. I hope the restaurant takes a closer look at their food handling and quality control, because something clearly...
