Hey Chipotle, so after my review I went back few more times, life... but I had to move to east part of the town and etc. I had something to do around this location and decided to get a lunch there. Believe it or not familiar face was there. His name didn't ring the bell right away, but he was behind, but when he saw me waiting hewas happy to get behind the line and help me out and I remembered his name was Gene. I thought he would been promoted to manager by now. His customer service was excellent as usual, and small talk never fails to put a smile on my face.

So... this was my first time in Chipotle, there isn't any location back in my country. I was excited to try food that I only saw online. Server name Gene was helping me, but..... I did not know what to do and he explained step by step and few ingredients were in Spanish which he did explain.... I didn't know what guacamole was.... I finally found out what it was. Long line formed behind me with people, I felt bad, but they were understanding. Gene not only took his time to explain, but patient with me as well. He really didn't have to do any of that and just ask me to choose on my own.... I normally don't talk to managers at the store, but just had to say something to Gene's manager. It's busy night with dinner time, but GG was really nice enough to take his time to listen to my feedback. Restaurant was clean and atmosphere was excellent. Food and service...

This is my go-to Chipotle location due to its proximity to me but also my preference over the other one that's the same distance away. Their service is always fast as they have about 5-7 people along the assembly line from when you first order down to payment. I've never had issues with portions either as it seems pretty standard (i.e. not especially big but never left disappointed feeling like they've cheaped out either). Their food always tastes good as well, without leaving me super thirsty (a problem I've had at other locations like the one downtown on University Ave and Elm Street). The major issue about this location is the dine-in seating which is always unwelcoming with how dirty it is. I understand that they're very busy with a constant rotation of customers going in and out but I believe that with the number of people they have working the kitchen, they could afford to have a member dedicated to keeping the rest of the place spotless. Given this, I should be giving this place a 3 star review but I always order for takeout and it's delicious so it doesn't affect me personally, but I'll share this thought for others who do plan on dining in.

There's a good amount of free parking spots dedicated for this plaza but even so, at times, it can be hard to grab a spot given there's lots of good food in this area. Regardless, I personally have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a spot, which in my opinion...
