Drove 2 hours to come to Doodoo kids to celebrate my daughter’s 3rd birthday. There is a small sign outside above the door I think there should be some additional signage outside to make it clear where it is. There was plenty of free parking in a large parking lot. The staff were friendly and we found it reasonably priced aside from their birthday party pricing for party room which seems way over priced in my opinion.
It would be nice if there were drink and snack options on site, even if just from a vending machine, if there were any we didn’t see them. There’s a large selection of claw machines but only one we seen was a play until you win otherwise they were very expensive which I found disappointing since the place is geared towards young kids I’d rather a cheap plush in a play to you win than waste money otherwise. Good selection of arcade games for a variety of ages. I read in several reviews before coming about the swings In the walk way being a hazard and this is very true. I seen one child fell off and kicked in the head by another child I seen a child under 1 completely flattened by a bigger child on the swings. I understand that it is the parents responsibility to monitor their children on the swings however the placement of the swings adds additional unnecessary injuries and they should be moved to a more appropriate location. There is a nice toddler area for young kids however one of the chairs in that area were broken and a hazard. The play structure is fantastic! There was vomit all over 3 of the slides so the slides were just roped off however you could smell it on the play structure and it definitely should have been cleaned up immediately rather then towels laying over it and roped off. We played for about 1 and a half hours but then we were ready to go as the place was so packed. It has potential however in its current state we wouldn’t...
Read moreI took my kids here for the first time (2024-Dec-24) in the afternoon. My kids had a great time. It is very spacious and bright. There are two rest rooms and one family restroom. Lots of tables and chairs for seating roughly around 10 to 12 tables.
There are four main areas: Arcades with claw machines and display of prizes Toddler indoor climb, Bouncing castle, roadway with tikes, and pretend play market Kids indoor climb with slides (one set light up) and mini ball pit Seating area and restrooms
All areas are nice and bright. I am unsure about the party rooms since we didn't go there for a party.
I paid for two tickets. Each ticket includes an adult ticket and 10 credits for the arcade games. The tickets are all day pass, so you can leave and come back with the receipt for the same day. It works well since the location is in the industrial area instead of a plaza or a mall and the value is definitely reasonable and affordable. I did not purchase the monthly pass since I don't live in the area to make use of this benefit.
Not a huge fan of the arcade because the game credit versus rewards isn't great. But the arcade games aren't bad especially the water spray one, which my kids enjoyed the most.
You are only allowed to bring food to the seating area, which is quite normal. However you are permitted to bring food to the place since they don't sell food aside from the vending machines. This is definitely a plus since most indoor playground forces you to purchase food from them and usually is overpriced, the food quality and quantity is usually average or subpar depending on which...
Read moreI attended a birthday party here with my 2-year-old, and unfortunately, the birthday child was injured on a steep slide within 15 minutes which resulted in a hospital visit that required stitches. This place feels poorly designed for the safety of both children and parents. While I have already expressed my concerns to the manager on duty, I urge the owner of Doodoo Kids to please address these safety concerns promptly to avoid further injuries to children. I won’t be returning or encouraging my friends to bring their children here unless these issues to safety and design are addressed:
Narrow Pathways: The walkways are extremely cramped, and the placement of swinging and spinning structures creates hazards. I witnessed a parent and child getting hit by these swings due to inadequate space to walk by. I spoke with a staff member, and they also agreed with my concerns as they witness this every day.
Dangerous Structures: The wide slide at the back is dangerously steep for young toddlers. Without cushioning on the sides, it poses a serious risk of injury, as we experienced firsthand. Clear guidelines for appropriate age use are urgently needed so parents can make informed decisions. A designated toddler area separated from older kids would improve safety and play quality.
Restroom Shortage: With just three single restrooms at the back, we faced a long wait of over 15 minutes—an inconvenience for families with young children.
While the staff were friendly and the space felt clean, serious design changes are necessary to ensure a safe environment...
