Disappointing Experience and Unacceptable Customer Service
We recently ordered a tuna and a turkey sandwich from Subway using the app. When we brought them home, I opened both to figure out which one was the tuna. We could easily identify the turkey sandwich, so we assumed the other must be tuna — but we couldn’t see any tuna in it at all.
Confused, we drove all the way back to the store, thinking the tuna might have simply been missed and hoping they could make it right.
Instead of understanding or basic courtesy, we were met with rudeness. A staff member at the counter inspected the sandwich, scraped out a very thin layer of tuna from the very bottom, and immediately accused us of lying. We explained that the filling was so minimal, we genuinely couldn’t see it — otherwise, why would we have taken the time to drive all the way back?
She continued to call us “liars” over and over — at least six times during the exchange. We were shocked, frustrated, and honestly offended. That kind of hostility and disrespect from a customer service worker is completely unacceptable.

When I went to pick it up, the lady at the counter told me they didn’t have potato rings and offered chips or cookies instead. I asked for a refund, and only then did she say she would make the rings—she brought out a packet and prepared them on the spot.
I found this very misleading. If the rings were available to be made, why say they’re not available in the first place? When I asked her, she said, “We have to make them,” which didn’t make sense after just telling me they weren’t available. It felt like she just didn’t want to put in the effort.
I also asked for a nachos footlong and was told it’s not available. If that item is no longer being served, it shouldn’t still be on the menu.
The staff member seemed to be handling 4–5 orders alone, and I understand how overwhelming that can be. But instead of being dishonest, it would have been better to ask me to wait a few extra minutes. A little honesty goes a long way.

   Read moreI am extremely disappointed and disgusted by this location. The person was alone and busy and didn't change her gloves or wash her hands after each customer she served. She said she didn't touch anything but yes she did... she touched meats, the oven to open and close, thre stuff in the mini slot garbage, cashed out customers. Yes I saw that she removed her right glove and then once she was done she put the same glove back on. I feel so sick just watching. I hope I don't get sick. What a waste of money for a footlong sandwich that I now can't eat. Never ever will I go here again!!!!
Update: The bread was not fully cooked... and I don't know if it was a black olive or an eyelash extension on the side of the bread... absolutely grossed out! I threw it in...
