I’ve heard about this brand from a few foodie friends, and I had to try their drinks myself! When we came in, the owner (Kelly) was inside welcoming us and every guest coming in. She was very friendly and told us alittle abit the brand and the products. I like how she cares about the staff as they are all wearing a mask, and also there’s a shield that covers the whole open kitchen area.
I ordered the 3Q TP MT (one of their famous drinks), and Kelly was able to recommend me the perfect combination of ice and sugar level. Firstly, the tea was very flavorful itself, and it was filled with a lot of tapioca/ jelly and QQ noodles! I was surprised by the portions they give. They also use cane sugar to make their tapioca to give it that perfect sweetness.
Kelly was very nice to let us try another famous drink; their Fruit Tea with Chia Seeds on the house. As usual, she was able to help me determine what ice and sugar level I wanted. The drink itself doesn’t have too much sugar, so you don’t have to lower the sugar levels too much. If you like your drinks normal sweet and not too much ice, I recommend half sugar and less ice ;) A very refreshing drink, especially for a hot day.
I actually came back a few days after to get the same drinks (cause they’re that good!)
I recommend trying out their drinks!! Thank you Kelly...
Read moreI've gotten TP Tea a few times from this location by now and it is definitely one of my favourite bubble tea places. First off, the staff here are super nice and helpful. Really great customer service compared to some other tea shops where the staff just takes your order and that's it. Second, I love the tea they use in their drinks, which has a nice fragrant and taste. I've gotten their passionfruit green tea a few times, and I love how you can request for more tea so that it's stronger in tea flavour. I absolutely love their QQ noodle topping. The texture is chewy, but different from coco jelly and tapioca. I've also tried their Mango Pomelo Sago with Tea Jelly and it's hands down my favourite drink here. If you normally like the dessert, then you'll like the drink. I was worried at first when I saw them put coconut milk in it, because I don't like coconut taste at all. But surprisingly you can't taste the coconut at all. The tea jelly in the drink gives the drink a tea flavour as it doesn't have tea inside the drink itself. The tea jelly is pretty good on its own. The only downside is that the drink is pretty expensive and their drinks overall are more expensive than the cheaper chains. But price for quality. I'd rather spend my money to get more higher quality drinks, even if I had to drink...
Read moreWas given the recommendation to try this place and was pleasantly surprised! First and foremost, it's definitely on the higher of most bubble tea places and the price is reflective of that. I ordered the Passion fruit green tea with aloe and agar and was surprised to hear that the default order is unsweetened, as I normally order 0% everywhere I go. The tea was really delicious and the toppings were fresh in both their taste and texture. I also noticed that they serve their drinks shaken (?) which provided a very interesting additional layer of foam to the drink.
Overall, their menu has a wide range of drinks and flavours that are not commonly found at other places, so I'm definitely hoping to come back and try something else!
Edit: I went back and tried the pink salt cheese crema mulberry tea and loved it! Although it's a drink without customizable sugar/ice levels, it was definitely...
