I think it is pretty unfair (quite frankly defamatory) of you to state "the owners have lost interest in their business" when I know for a fact you did not approach or ask anyone at the store to speak to the owner nor did you ask the employees how things were at the store. Yes we had to change our hours a few times as well as shut down on two saturdays because as hard as we have been trying to hire people (ads on Indeed, Service Canada and in the window) we had 5 or 6 interviews lined up and they were all no shows??? (no phone call to cancel or explain). We did not have enough staff to cover every shift and after careful analysis on busy days we gave staff Saturdays off. You clearly stated that the girl on the till was great But the Prep staff were struggling. We were finally able to hire four new staff this week so they were all in training and we are confident that they will make excellent employees and catch on very quickly, but it does take time. So hopefully in the future you can give these new staff members a second chance and if you do, please ask to speak to an owner as we would love to meet you if...

This location has no rice more often than they have rice. It should be advertised that they will not have rice after 5:00 pm. Everytime I go in to get a rice bowl for dinner I am told they don't have any rice because they close at 7:00 pm. So you close at 7:00 but stop serving half you menu at 5:00pm? I could be wrong but I think the cost of one rice bowl 12 dollars will more than pay for the cost of any rice that may be wasted as a result. And that's just one rice bowl. Can't t tell you how many customers I have watched them turn away between the hours of 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm because they don't want to cook rice. And that's just the dinner hours. Often the staff hasn't cooked any rice throughout the day aswell. Huge loss of sales for something as...

Clearly the owners have lost interest in the business....numerous times we stopped in and they were closed.....during normal hours. The last time there was a sign on the door" Closed due to staffing issues". We stopped yet again today....surprisingly they were open. The girl on cash was great......the prep team ....not so much. Terrible music blast ing.....far too loud. Had to repeat orders numerous times.....and the kids still struggled comprehending what they were supposed to do. A sign in the window said Business for sale.....I think I'll wait for the new owners before we return. Very poorly...
