Pizza Nova — Restaurant in Midland

I recently had the pleasure of trying Pizza Nova, and I have to say, their pizza is phenomenal. The crust was perfect – crispy on the outside, yet soft and chewy on the inside. Each bite had the ideal balance of crunch and doughy goodness.

The tomato sauce was rich and tangy, clearly made from high-quality tomatoes. It had just the right amount of seasoning, enhancing the pizza without overpowering the other ingredients.

The mozzarella was melted to perfection, giving that ideal stretch with every bite. It was creamy, flavorful, and generously applied, ensuring each slice was a cheesy delight. The pepperoni slices were plentiful and perfectly crisp around the edges, adding a slight spice that paired perfectly with the rich cheese and robust tomato sauce.

Awful customer service older woman on cash I ordered a slice of pizza from the start to end of the interaction I had with this woman was awful upon waiting for my order I watched her be the same way towards other customers. She then handled cash and went on to touch food with bare hands and not wash her hands between taking cash and handling food. She also forgot to give me my bag of chips I ordered and threw them on the counter at me when I asked for them and rudely walked away. By far worst customer service and this employee needs to be dealt with. Also to note I got my pizza and the dough wasn’t even cooked enough and it was falling apart sloppy and I couldn’t even eat it. Will not be back as long as this person...

I like pizza nova pizza when it's fresh. But the store at this location is just bad. I work right around the corner and after all these years they still have not figured out how to plan for busy times during the day. Most of the time you go in to grab a slice and all that they have are a couple of day old vegan slices that are hard as a rock. If any at all. Maybe try to have a pizza or two ready for the busy times during the day. It's not hard to figure out. It is the same times every day year round. 3 stars cause the pizza is good when you order ahead. But alot of working folks around here just wanna pop in...
