My recent visit to A&W left me with mixed feelings. Let's start with the positives: the food was undeniably delicious. However, as much as I enjoyed the food, I couldn't overlook the shortcomings in the customer service department. While the staff seemed competent in their roles, there was a noticeable lack of warmth and enthusiasm in their interactions with customers. A little extra effort in greeting customers with a smile and ensuring their needs are met can go a long way in creating a positive dining experience.

Moreover, I observed some instances where orders were being processed with a sense of indifference, which resulted in longer wait times and a general sense of dissatisfaction among customers. It's important for the staff to prioritize efficiency and attentiveness, especially during peak hours, to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for everyone.

Exceptional Service by Jaspinder and Sindhuja at A&W

During my recent visit to A&W, I had the pleasure of being served by two outstanding employees, Jaspinder and Sindhuja. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with genuine warmth and a friendly smile that made me feel truly welcome.

What stood out to me the most was their respectful and attentive manner. They patiently listened to all of my questions, providing informative and thoughtful answers that showcased not only their extensive knowledge of the menu but also their commitment to customer satisfaction. They recommended the perfect meal options tailored to my preferences, and their suggestions were spot on!

Their professionalism and efficient service were commendable, but it was their kind-hearted interaction that truly made my dining experience memorable. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my meal was enjoyable, from the order accuracy to the quality of the food.

It's rare to encounter such dedicated individuals who take pride in their work and treat customers with such a high degree of respect and care. Haven’t been to A&w in a while, maybe since 2020. It’s not one of the fast food places I would usually go to, not sure why because it’s probably a better choice than the other fast food chains. Anyways, I saw the “Best Burger Ever” Burger. The collaboration with Matty Matheson. I wanted…No, I needed to try it. It’s the best burger ever according to their marketing team, well guess what. I’ll be the judge of that. The burger was most likely the best fast food chain burger that I’ve yet to experience - in Canada. The burger has prime rib ground beef, garlic aioli, fried pickles, and caramelized onions, on a brioche bun. It was actually so good that while writing this review I’m contemplating getting it tomorrow for lunch. The only thing I wish they did was add one more fried pickle (personal preference). I’m also usually not a fan of caramelized onions but it goes well on this burger. 5/5 for the burger - good job A&w. I also got the poutine, I like their fries, they’re soft and the light gravy goes well with the soft fries. They also use real cheese curds.

All in all, I would usually give A&w maybe 3 or 4 stars, but this burger was phenomenal. It’s a limited time burger, so keep that in mind. I don’t know the condition of the A&w location or customer service as someone picked...
