Taco Bell — Restaurant in Milton

Probably the worst experience ever. Taco Bell is one of my favourite treats. This location started out great with the young lady who took our order but ended terribly with the night supervisor. Comes to the window and says have you paid. I’m like and hello to you too. He then handed us KFC that belonged to someone else which I opened and handed back, he then made a comment to the girl as if his error was her fault. We got to our room no napkins, no utensils, no sauce, fries were disgusting and cold and I believe very old. I did call and lodge a complaint to which I have never received a call back. That was June 22nd and it’s Sept 5th. That is almost more terrible than the meal and service the night of our visit. I then decide to give Taco Bell at the Mapleview Mall in Burlington a shot and when I bite into my cheesy chilli fries it’s not chilli it’s hot sauce???? I have been to Taco Bell on numerous occasions and these last two visits left me very disappointed. Went to take my wife and my girlfriend out for a nice dinner and when we get to the destination there is construction and no parking, we couldnt even go inside but this is temporary so I will let it slide this time. that being said as we proceed to the drive thru it took forever just for 2 cars in front of me. we placed our order and my wife is a vegetarian and my girlfriend is not but my girlfriend doesn't eat beef or pork. they both ordered a fries supreme and both came with beef after we paid to have one switched to chicken and one vegetarian. the staff was rude when I went back and didn't believe me when I told them my wife and girlfriend got the wrong orders. I threw it over the counter and went to burrito boys for some actual burritos not that trash taco hell is serving...If anyone tells you this Taco Bell is good in any way remove those people from your life, you don't need negativity like that in your life. Next time I take my wife and girlfriend out for dinner we will be going to...

Do not eat here!!! (Your welcome) horrible wait times, high errors and very poor customer service. Don't expect any level of customer service or compentcy at the managment level either, they will make you feel like your inconveniencing them and make little to no effort in making you feel like a valued customer. There are dozens of options in the area all within 5 minutes that offer fast food, quality, and customer service. Taco del mer is 2 mins away if you feel like quality Mexican at taco bell prices, Marry Browns chicken is conveniently located right next door if you want to satisfy your fried chicken craving. Mcdonalds, harveys, extreme pita, subway, Wendy's, Tim Hortons, Starbucks, Swiss Chalet and several other options all in the area!. Please take this advice and save yourself the frustration. This was not my first, second or third time having this experiance. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!!!
