This place is a screw up. I placed an order and repeated it three times at the drive thru intercom and 3 more times at the window. I added a new item at the window and confirmed it along with what was previously ordered, burritos, 3 beef, 3 supremes and a 7th with rice; I confirmed it because the ordertaker had mentioned tacos. I confirmed again at the window and he assured me that he understood. He produced the receipt for me to check and it was correct. When I got to my destination in Hamilton and unpacked the bag, low and behold, they had packed 3 tacos instead of burritos.
The food was of poor preparation. The cheese was not melted and there was more shell than toppings.
Very upsetting to have travelled so far and to be disappointed
They obviously lack basic comprehension skills.

$14 (actually a combo, $16+) for 3 tiny pieces of chicken, actually used to be 1 1/2 pieces but they now cut what used to be 1 piece into two, with a small fries and drink? Disgusting and shameful what they sell you. If they are going to make the pieces small, they should reduce the box size too for such little food in a big box is ridiculous.
The fries and chicken were salty. Why is there no consistency with the salt? My blood pressure shot up with this box of salt bits.
The entire thing bearly edible. The chicken and fries looked as if they were sitting for some time. Moreover, I concluded that the texture and the appearance of the food being a put off was possibly due to oil used in the preparation....
Read morePassed by last March 28 before noon for lunch with my family after an appointment from another city and decided to dine in as we always just do take out on this location. There's just a few customers seated. Staff are fairly busy doing orders and was just glancing so I waited a bit to have my order taken. Saw their new extra crispy chicken bucket meal and ordered the the 10 piece with the sides. While waiting, the other crew called and told me that there's a bit of time to wait for their regular fried chicken, but she can give me right away, the extra crispy one since it's available and I said that we ordered the extra crispy one. I checked my receipt and realized that the cashier mistakenly put the wrong order of regular 10 pc chicken bucket meal. When we got our order and started eating, we realized we're given only 9 pieces chicken on the bucket. So we showed staff and she gave us additional chicken. Was disappointed too with the biscuit as it doesn't look buttery and looks like it was missing a minute of time from the microwave. Wanted to use washroom right after we arrived the restaurant but it was so dirty and clogged. We informed and requested staff but until we finished eating and left, it wasn't cleaned. Don't really know what happened with the staff on that shift, but they look like they're tired, serious and haven't really seen them smile to greet us or the other customers. Read moreI placed a large KFC order through Uber Eats today, spending nearly $50 for what was supposed to be a complete meal. When the food arrived, I was shocked to find that an entire large fries and all 6 dips I paid for were completely missing.
This isn’t just about the inconvenience — it’s about paying for items and not receiving them at all. I double-checked the receipt and confirmed everything was clearly listed, yet it seems no one bothered to ensure the order was complete before handing it off.
To make matters worse, all of the remaining items I did receive were cold, soggy, and tasted as if they had been sitting out for a long time. The texture and quality were similar to food that has been stored improperly or reheated after being left out, which is extremely unappetizing and raises serious concerns about freshness and food safety.
For a major chain like KFC, this level of carelessness is unacceptable. Missing such a big portion of the order (and the sauces that are meant to go with the food) really ruins the entire meal experience — especially when you’ve paid a premium price.
No customer should have to chase down what they’ve already paid for, or receive food in such poor condition. I expect better quality control and accountability from this location. If you want to keep customers coming back, please double-check every order before sending it out and make sure the food is fresh and served at the proper temperature.
