The culinary experience at this establishment is a captivating fusion of innovation and tradition, particularly in its approach to Indian cuisine. Expertly blending authentic flavors with a sophisticated presentation, the restaurant delivers an impressive gastronomic journey. Despite the commendable culinary feats, the service aspect falls short, warranting a modest rating.
Service is the linchpin of any dining establishment, and here, it struggles to meet expectations. Despite the staff's amiable demeanor, their efficiency and attentiveness leave much to be desired. A noticeable lack of promptness and attentiveness mars an otherwise enjoyable meal. From delayed appetizers to prolonged waits for simple requests, the service experience detracts from the overall enjoyment.
Atmospherically, the restaurant exudes a pleasant ambiance, albeit with a few shortcomings. While the setting is inviting, issues such as inadequately cleaned utensils and subpar restroom conditions detract from the overall dining experience, particularly in the context of fine dining expectations.
Furthermore, observations from fellow patrons echo similar sentiments, underscoring a systemic issue in the establishment's service delivery. Reports of prolonged wait times and indifferent hospitality resonate with firsthand experiences, suggesting a need for improvement in operational efficiency and customer engagement.
In conclusion, while the culinary offerings merit a visit, patrons should temper their expectations regarding service quality and overall customer experience. The unfortunate prioritization of larger groups over individual diners casts a shadow on the establishment's commitment to equitable treatment. As such, prospective patrons should approach with cautious optimism, prepared for potential service hiccups amidst an otherwise delectable...

We visited Sanjeev Kapoor's signature restaurant Khazana located in Milton, Canada which is an award-winning fine dining Indian restaurant, featuring signature dishes by the world-renowned Chef Sanjeev Kapoor himself.
The luxurious ambience and vibe of the restaurant combined with the mouth-watering flavors of authentic Indian cuisine are a testament to the award being well deserved.
The dishes we tried included:
Veg Mélange: This one was a delightful array of vegetarian delights, featuring dishes such as Sindoori Paneer Tikka, Hara Bhara Kebab, Corn Crispy Tikki, and Malai Soya Chaap (the only thing that was a pass for us on the platter)
Non-Veg Mélange Platter: This was a meat lovers dream on a single platter featuring a vibrant combination of Bhatti Murgh (Chicken Tikka), Reshmi Seekh Kebab (Chicken), Crispy Fish Fritter, and Lamb Chaap - with the Lamb Chaap deserving extra praise for being the stand out amongst all the appetizers.
Amritsari Kadahi Paneer: Next we had the Amritsari Kadahi Paneer which had a rich, fragrant Kadahi gravy that blended seamlessly with the Tandoori Paneer tikka.
King Curry - Butter Chicken Masala: Final dish of the day was the Butter Chicken Masala, or known as the King Curry at Khazana by Sanjeev Kapoor, and it very well deserved the title as it was hands down the star dish of the day. The silky, smooth buttery textures perfected by Chef Sanjeev Kapoor's signature recipe and secret blend of spices made it a #nextlevel dish.
Signature Dessert Platter Bliss: Finally the moment we had been waiting for - the signature dessert platter that made us smile...
Read more"Paid Reviews" is a modern day trend, therefore trusting them is a mistake we have all made at some point. Yet, I am putting this review just to put my opinion forward. Considering a fine dining restaurant, you expect the customers to maintain decency, however that is not a case all the time. Last evening was one of those and I spoke with couple of servers and they said many of the customers complained but it is difficult to handle. But that's not the real problem. The problem begins with the Biryani we ordered. Now, I understand the biryani had different recipes through out the world and the ones I have tasted, you can tell that it is some kind of a biryani. But the one we had yesterday was totally different. Needless to say it was awful. It seems like more of some pulao rice with sort of a light gravy. Got a chance to talk to the chef and the manager, but then the manager was more keen on answering my questions than the chef. And to my disbelief, the response from the manager was that "this is how we make our biryani". At that point not only I was speechless, I also realized that I will be wasting my time if I talk to this lady any further. And to my first point about a group being very loud and spoiling the whole atmosphere, her response was "they are sitting in a separate area and no one complained about them."
Bottom line, I was not very surprised as I did expected a kind of similar experience from this location, but just because a friend of mine came from US and they were very keep on going to this Sanjeev Kapoor's restaurant, we did.
Of course this is my last time in this location and hope they improve their service and...
