I went there today and buy 2 lbs sweets , they fooled me very well , I specially asked different sweets and told them this one that one with names , the lady there pretending to putting those sweets in box which I have told her ., my mistake was I didn’t see the box in the end and she packed it fast, I thought it’s ok as she put those infront of me but never knew she was just pretending , i bought this box to gave it to very close relative and mention my relative I bought these These mithai with names specially peetha and kalaqand for u , but when they open the box infront of me there was no peetha and kalaqand , I was so shocked to see different mithai in that box , I am so angry and so shamed infront of my relative , those mithai she put in my box I never told her to put and I remember she was insisting to buy specific methai with carrot , saying it’s special something not sure , I told her clearly no don’t put that I don’t like these kind of mithai and now I see it’s in the box as well right now infront me and I literally feeling like to cry , they ruined my evening , plus those mithai are very hard which she put in my box , I can see they just wanted to finish there older stock and unwanted mithai , this is today incident 9th of July 2022 , it’s our eid day and I went there around 7/ 7:30 I believe . , in the shop there was one with hijab and other one lady , the other lady assist me and make me fool , I would never knew this if the relative don’t open the box infront of me . I am thankful for my relative who opened it infront for me otherwise I would never knew this happened , be aware guys it’s a lesson for me and truth face of this shop . I am so sad this cruel thing happened with me on eid day , also I was alone in the shop so there is no chance or way that I got someone else...

Pathetic customer service. Lady gave my parents wrong milk cake and after getting home when we tried the bite it wasn’t the right one, we Instantly called to keep the shop open for extra 2 minutes so my parents could exchange the milk cake before they close the shop but when I called the lady was extremely rude. She said she will close the shop, and hung up on me. I keep trying to call but she didn’t pick up the call. I have the call record where I called multiple times before closing time but she didn’t pick up. I understand staff is tired and exhausted at the end of the day but she could just exchange milk cake or could offer me solution nicely but she preferred to have her high attitude and rude behavior. When my elderly parents reached the shop at 9:01 pm she literally ignore them, my parents keep waiting outside the shop in cold so they could talk to her and she finally bothered to tell them that they can come back tomorrow. That lady should work on her attitude or the shop will lose its customers. That was definitely the last time I shop there all because of that lady. Management should work...

If you like Pakistani sweets and snacks that are old, cold, stale and tasteless, then this place is just for you!

Went there all the way from Oakville and for the first time. First impression of white lights trying to brighten up pale, dull walls was enough to kill the appetite.

The unwelcoming attitude of the only lady at the counter, who probably couldn't decide if she's angry at the shop owners, customers or her own self, was as cold as the so-called "FRESH" samosas she sold me.

Samosas, chicken puffs and gulab jamuns were all stale & lacked freshness. Samosa crust was literally chewy; Chicken puffs were ice cold and traces of what could have been remains of the fowl; Gulab jamuns were dry, hard, cold and had hard chewy core, indicative of poor preparation & inferior ingredients!

Suggestion: Please do better, or just close the shop if you can't sell what's supposed to be fresh when sold! I am sure there are many customers like me who won't...
