Subway — Restaurant in Milton

I ordered a sub online through the website, received confirmation and payment went through. 10 minutes later it says it was cancelled so I went to the store and explained what happened. She said I could reorder my sub in person so I said okay. Then they asked for payment and I explained I already paid online, showed them my bank statement and both emails from subway that it was confirmed and then cancelled. They said I have to call subway to get my money back (okay fair enough). But when they already took my money from my account and the refuse to give me the sub was ridiculous. Manager at this place, can you please teach your employer how to make a subway sandwich? I was here just now around 6:45 pm on Tuesday and the guy made one sandwich for me and put all veg in the middle. Throwing topping like he doesn't care that it will be someone's food..at least don't throw veg topping like that..little care will be okay..I worked in this line and I know how hard it gets at the end of the day but making someone's food like that is the worst. Never had this kind of experience from the subway from the past 15 yrs in Canada.

Worst subway you could go to ! Do yourself a favor and go down the street to Bronte Rd . The owners at this particular location ( Kennedy) are just horrible people to deal with and legitimately watch over their employees while they make a sub. Also, they put the least amount of toppings and frown and get annoyed when you ask for extra toppings or to even have sauce on the side instead of on the sub. Bread is always stale and the toppings are past their due date , the meat doesn't taste the same.

I eat subway regularly and I've never experienced such horrible staff and owners . Do yourself a favor and take your business to the location on Bronte ! They should be shut down asap, subway Canada needs to look into this...
