Pizza is delicious delivery is fast however the app is very misleading who ever did this app development missed many steps in proper execution that services the needs of the customer as we are new to this franchise we already faced a few challenges that made us frustrated. For example when you redeem your points online for free birthday desert pizza no where dose it say you must select the cinnamon apple desert pizza it just says add to cart and nothing get added but it shows selected placed the order and nothing was added... because i was supposed to go select the purchase of the pizza and than select the promo in order for it to get discounted how is a customer to know what steps they need to take to redeem their free item when nothing is even explained in fine print why is this so complicated...

Other issue we had we got a promo code emailed to us we wanted to use the promo code in app no section to put your promo code in... why email customers promo codes if you can't redeem them on the app... I had to place the order on the app choose pay at the door and call them for them to manually adjust for promo code whattt in the world why so complicated?

And ill never forget how you made us pay at the door a $1.13 for a dipping sauce that wasn't added properly because of this glitch on the app that is not explained meanwhile its only 18 points to redeem and I had well over a 100 points on my account... that makes me eligible for 5 free dips and i had to pay for one.

Management should be able to adjust points for customers also why your manual points card and app points cant be combined? I feel like this is a non functional application however your pizza is delicious its a bitter sweet feeling for sure. Satisfied with food but disappointing experience for sure.

Shouldn't launch applications and codes if it will cause customers and staff headaches.

Fast, friendly service. Wish the pizza was loaded with toppings as the store name implies and also less crust (hence the 4)... I got a special( large 3 topping deal). This pizza taste much much better fresh, even slightly warm causes it to loose a lot of it's zest and taste appeal. To my surprise the pizza was perfectly cooked and the dough /sauce tasted great in comparison to competitor franchises such as pizza pizza, 241, domino's, and some local pizzerias... The owner or whomever the main female with blonde hair is who normally cashes/serves customers up front is absolutely amazing, she is very very sweet and inviting! I do recommend trying this location out. The pricing is comparable to most other pizza chains but I find topper's has less lower end specials (ex. A lot of the main specials were 20+), would love to see a couple more added in the 15-16$ and under range. Once again, awesome customer service...

I’ve come to this Topper’s location a couple times to grab dinner recently and they’ve been great each time. The basic cheese/pepperoni slices are delicious and a good size. Last time I tried the chicken wings and the extreme cheezy sticks. There’s a lot of meat on the wings and the Buffalo sauce hit the spot. The cheezy sticks were amazing, crispy yet soft and so much flavour - I highly recommend!

The employees are honest, easy to talk with and ask questions, and they never tried to upsell or get more $$$ from me. In fact, he offered me a free slice with my order after I had already paid! They were probably closing soon, but I still appreciate the consideration (and free food, of course).
