Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Miramichi

Worst customer service at this tim hortons.visited this evening firstly long wait in line to give order thts acceptable we can say its the busiest tim hortons after that wait for ur food almost 20 mins .usually spent ur 45 minutes there to have order .We can compromise this guys even after this staff shows you attitude if u r going to ask them about order after 20 minutes.I ordered plain crosiant toasted with butter.There was indian girl who gave me burnt crosiant after 45 minutes wait and after that i went to staff there was supervisor may be Conard i dont know i am spelling it ryt or wrong nd that indian girl she was only indian girl over there today just told me thts what u order.its worst level customer service and indian girl shows me a big level of attitude .I just want to aware the owner of this tim hortons this is what your staff serves the customers.I am also working in a customer service but i never taught this type of behaviour.Huge claps for tht girls behaviour nd supervisor.I will never visited this tom...

Could someone please update the hours of operation? It says online that you're open 24 hours but I tried to get a drink on my way to work at 5am and found the dine in area locked. I tried to tentatively go through the drive thru and ask if it was okay only to be treated harshly and told I had to be quick. When I ordered an iced capp (I drink slow & will be at it til lunchtime), and get a reply of, "At 4 in the morning?". Not as a joke, more as a judgement. I am not happy needless to say. I would've gladly gone in had the times been listed correctly. And I've worked at 4 Tim Hortons locations, there's no need to treat anybody poorly. I dont usually review anything but this is probly the most ridiculous order I've ever gotten from tims, I am an everyday customer and yes I understand that it can get busy at times, I also work in customer service but there is no excuse for this. I usually get a plain bagel, specifically asked for it just cut, not toasted and 2 packs of peanut butter(that I have to pay for also) on the side so that when I get to work I can toast it whenever. Twice this week I get an uncut bagel and today I got a uncut bagel with a hair on it and no peanut butter packs, that is not a hard...
