Hello all… let me start by saying the food quality,and service are excellent… In my over 125 visits this last two years alone, I've been very satisfied.(I keep coming back) EXCEPT tonight, and my last two visits. I’ve had this same slightly older lady , waite on me at the drive through. PLEASE forgive me if this staff person has some degree of mental illness… (1) greeted at the order speaker by” what do you want? (2) My order consisted of two King Meal Deals(, two chicken)and (two cheeseburgers). Please exchange the fries for onion rings, and put the two drinks into one cup please. My usual order, always complied with and always with a smile. (3) usually the order is repeated back to me, if verification is needed, This ,and the last two visits there was no response after i put in my order. I proceeded to the window, on my assumption that there would be no discussion.
The window was then thrust open aggressively, and a demand was made for just under $15.00 It tried to calmly explain that it more than expected and there must be an error. IMMEDIATELY the window attendant raised her voice loudly, and exclaimed that i was wrong.
She did pour my cola into a larger cup 👍but no ice.and no inquiry as to condements At this point the lady walked away and was not seen again. Fortunately, a very polite young lady resumed service, and completed my order with that usual smile. I also did not receive my receipt.

The girl on the intercom confirmed the order with us we went to pay. Total was a little high but thought it was just the extras we ordered. She gave us 3 drinks let her know that there should be only 2. She checked the order and seen that she accidentally charged us for an extra whopper meal. No problem manager came over and refunded us and re charged. Keep in mind we are in the drive thru and there are cars now behind us. I have my husband check the bag and we are missing the mozza sticks. Informed the manager and she said they were never on the bill. I laughed and said okay. She’s like but if you would like them I will give them to you….I said sure thank you thinking she was going to give us the mozza sticks we ordered to begin with and confirmed it was on order….no she said 3.75 please. I said oh no I’m not paying for them you said you would give them to us. She said no ma’am they were never on your bill she sticks the receipt in my face saying she can show me….no thank you and we drove away. You can’t give a customer free mozza sticks that are 3.75…are you kidding me. We didn’t mess up the order. We ordered correctly. I was kind and patient with them as they were fixing their mistake. Read moreDisappointed with how the owners let kids manage their business, I arrived at the drive through one hour before their closing time, no one answered, so I drove around to the window thinking maybe the speaker was broken. Through the window is a young girl working with herheadphones in singing away, until finally she notices me and smiles and then goes back to singing. So I sat there thinking she saw me but maybe she's tied up with what she's doing, until she looks again and does nothing. So I go to park in a stall and walk in and the doors are locked. Even though they should be open according to their hours. Even if they had decided to close early, it would have been courteous to at least say sorry we're closed when I was at the drive through, or when the girl noticed me twice she could have come to the window and said something instead of sitting there wasting my time.
