I know I am writing this about 2 months after our last experience with this KFC. I am not sure if it is this location as well as others but the chicken has gotten worst over the years. At this location it has gotten more and more bland like. I barely taste the colonels 11 herbs and spices if I taste them at all. When I ask for spicy (cause usually it was more flavourful than regular) they always gave me regular even after double checking and things were always missing from my order. This last December we order the gravy lovers family pack and it was the worst by far. 1) they actually forgot the gravy and I only noticed this when I got home. I probably should have doubled checked before leaving but it seemed obvious that wouldn’t be missed considering it was the gravy lovers 2) the chicken was over cooked - the coating was burnt so it was kind of “dusty” texture to the outside. Yeah I probably could have taken it back but it was later in the evening and this was dinner for the family so having to go back and wait - it just wasn’t worth it. I guess we were that hungry. After multiple times trying this location and hoping that it would improve- this is the last time we will go there and probably any KFC if they don’t improve quality control with their franchises. Given all the other fried chicken choices we have in Mission now, this location needs to do better cause at this point they can’t compete. Read moreThe team here is really sweet and if you ever go inside for your food you can see them multitasking trying to make sure the food is made properly. The chicken has always been cooked properly and the food really good when I come here. I see they are preparing everything while speaking to the drive through to make sure guests are not waiting too long but everything gets cooked properly.
Just keep your reciept and check your bag because having worked the food industry I know when it gets super busy my team and I have made mistakes before and it can happen. And as a customer I know how easy it is to make human error especially if people are ordering through apps and they think they're ordering something but it isn't the right thing so check what it is -you- ordered as well. Don't always blame the staff. It's the eagerness and quality to remedy the situation and improve from it like they do vs a place that doesn't care about the customers.
I'm not sure what people are expecting from fast food?? Especially when they're ordering online and can't be bothered to go out and even see the staff or speak to them directly. Even how food can change consistency under transport so when they leave reviews they aren't specifying how far/how long the food had been travelling before actually eating it before it arrives at their home.
The actual kitchen is really clean and it's an open space so you can see the work stations from the front counter. The staff are always really nice and communicative with each other and I'm certain the people complaining have never worked...
Read moreA while ago me and my family went through drive-thru we had asked for Zinger sandwiches 15 minutes later there was nobody in the lineup this occurred around 6:30 p.m. the women came to the window and said it was just her there and she couldn't make the Zinger sandwich because it was just her we said no problem and proceeded to watch her scrape off the Zinger sauce into the garbage can with the bun and then put regular Mayo on our sandwich and try to hand us the food after she had wiped it into the garbage can knowing what she had did we simply asked for our money back and asked to speak to the manager she replied again that she was the only person in there however we seen an additional two people working there I had called to speak to the manager apparently the manager wasn't there they were to call me back a month and a half later I finally called again and asked to speak to the manager told her what had happened and said it was definitely on the camera my entire family watch this happen to this day still have not heard one word back from her even though I had left my number and my name I highly recommend not going to this location we were utterly disgusted on how this...
