Fatburger Mission — Restaurant in Mission

Exceptionally poor service. The staff at the counter glared ar me while I was perusing the menu and then snapped “Call me when you’re ready.” My wife has trouble seeing distances so we had to spend a little longer deciding what to order but we certainly were not taking that long that we deserved that comment and there were zero customers behind us. Then when we ordered, she kept making us repeat our order, granted there’s plexi glass between us but I was literally shouting and other customers were looking over. After I placed my order she asked me twice whether I eat beef. I ordered a burger so obviously I do. I have no idea why she would ask that. The food took extremely long to arrive (~30 min for 2 burgers). People around us waiting for takeout were also getting agitated about the wait. The food was really not up to the fat burger standards, I must say. Bun was cold to the touch and fries were not fries enough (still yellowish colour). Later I heard the same staff arguing with another customer about the vegan...

We ordered from fatburger through skip the dishes. While the biggest issue is with skip the dishes as the food arrived significantly later than originally quoted. The issue my husband and I have is that we called fat burger twice to check on the food. We were told at 25 min mark after ordering our food that it just came off the grill. When I called back the 50 minute mark to ask for the food to be re made since it would be cold we were informed the food had been picked up minutes before. I asked if they had remade the food since it would have gone cold- to be told no. Fatburger knowingly sent out cold food.

Once the food arrived we had to warm the food up, but the burgers had gone soggy, the fries cold, the poutine has soaked up all the gravy and the cheese had resolidified, and our milk shakes had melted. Went in because we enjoy the atmosphere here.

My wife orders a California burger with poutine meal and I say ill have the same thing. With a Fat tip it was over $46 and the cashier was super quiet and they didn’t even call out the order to the kitchen and whispered thanks for the fat tip. I only knew thats what she said because I was expecting it. I couldn’t actually hear her.

We get our burgers and mine has regular fries. I say that we ordered the same thing so I don’t know why it was confused. Instead of making it right by getting the fries made into a poutine. I was told I paid for regular fries for myself and the server just walked away.

15% tip atmosphere bland and my food was wrong.

I should of checked my receipt and could of caught the mistake myself.
