OPA! of Greece Outlook Village — Restaurant in Mission

Opa! Went in just after 7pm first week of opening. Bit of a lineup but they were moving through everyone quite quickly.

They had run out of potatoes however they either gave us more salad or more rice to make up for the loss.

The platters were ready within I'd say 5-6 mins but the two other items only took I'd say another 3 or 4 to get. I ordered 2 shrimp and 2 chicken platters that were quick to serve. The calamari and falafel only took a few min extra.

All foods had a ton of flavor. Chicken was quite moist and not dried out. Rice was fluffy. Salad was fresh - crunchy and juicy. Also loved that the shrimp were fully deshelled including the little tail that's left on with most meals.

Salad could have used a bit more dressing but they were making pretty large batches at one time to keep up with customers.

Calamari was a hit to everyone! Crunchy with a ton of flavor and didn't have that over powering "fish" taste. It was just perfect! Most calamari pieces were bite sized but 2 pieces were a bit larger (one photo shows size diff of bigger pieces)

I really enjoyed the falafel however everyone else that tried it said it was missing something but they also didn't know what falafel was.

The staff were beyond friendly and accommodating to all food requests. They kept up with the "mission rush" that happens with all new restaurants so props to them!

I will definitely be returning. I need to try the baclava for...

Even though I’m not a regular at OPA, I’ve been in several times with a close friend and every single visit has been a wonderful experience thanks to Jazz. She goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcome and appreciated. Before we even get a chance to ask her how she’s doing, she’s already asking about our day and greeting us with such genuine warmth.

It’s rare to come across someone who makes customer service feel so personal and sincere. Jazz is always accommodating, patient, and quick to brighten the atmosphere with her positivity. She has a natural way of making OPA feel more than just a quick stop for food. she makes it feel like a place you want to return to because of the experience.

Employees like Jazz truly make a difference in how people see a business, and OPA is lucky to have her representing them. I would highly recommend visiting this location, not just for the food but for the outstanding customer service...

This is our first time trying OPA!

I must start off by saying the service was some of the best I have ever experienced in my life. The gentleman working there tonight greeted us in a very friendly manner and introduced the menu to us after I told him it was our first time there. It took us forever to decide what to get but he was very patient through the process and offered suggestions. After we ordered our food, we sat down at a table while we waited. When the food was ready the gentleman brought our bag of takeout to us then walked us to the door and opened it for us. To be honest, that was way more than I'd expect from a fast food place.

So, the food. We ordered two OPA! Platters, a side calamari and a kid meal. The food was quite good and the portion sizes were very large. We were all very full after the meal.

This is definitely something we will be having more of...
