Good food and buffet value - but bathroom was 3'rd world FILTHY beyond measure!

My wife and I have come here 3 times now for the lunch buffet and the food has always been tasty and of a good value for the price. Service is fair to good, no real complaints there and they bring fresh Naan to your table.

The reason I cannot endorse a 4 or 5 star review is the condition of the washroom - this has not improved each time and especially the most recent visit on May 26th 2018 @ 1:30 PM. The washroom is very poorly located, with the door directly opening into the dining room so God help you if someone decides to drop a bomb and leave the fan or door ajar.

But what is really disappointing is the horrific lack of cleanliness of the washroom - the floor has pee all over it from lazy customers spraying at will, the seat was also covered, the sink and handles were dirty, don't touch them without paper or you may pick up God know's what. If you look up at the ceiling, the exhaust fan is so full of lint and dust it's clear it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. Dust and cobwebs on the lights above the sink mirror, and finally, on the inside of the bathroom door, there are dirty fingerprints - hundreds of them - from customers pushing open the door and this needs a magic eraser and bleach - STAT!

It has been often said that the condition of a restaurant's bathroom is indicative of the rest of the premises - so we are going to avoid going back until we know that they are keeping on top of cleanliness.

At the time we went for lunch buffet - there were only 2 other people in the restaurant, so the staff had ample time to clean and take care of things like that - ideally someone should be mopping every hour. Sangam, you can do...

Have to leave a review based of my experience so far (note this is not based off food as I don't even have it yet) Placed an order online said 25 min wait ok all good 20 mins go by and they call to ask me if I wanted the rice I ordered. I said yes turns out they don't have any rice? We then spent the next 5 mins going back and forth on why they wouldn't just take it off my order since they didn't have it. Then said my order would be 30 more minutes. (25 mins now past my original time estimate)

20 mins pass and my husband leaves to go get it. I get yet another phone call where are you when will you be here your food is ready Note this is 10 minutes before the time they told me the last time they called I said my husband is on the way

He walks in and get this My order isn't even done yet

Will update if by the slim chance I'm blown away but my hopes are very very low...

Community of Mission please beware of this place, they provide rotten and stale food which is hazardous to your health. On two occasions we ordered samosa from Sangam Lougheed, potatoes inside those Samosa's are stale and smelly. Our 3 years old daughter about to have one, but luckily before her I took a bit otherwise its going to be nightmare for us. We rushed back to restaurant to complain, staff took matter so lightly and offer us a refund, instead of providing us refund back on our credit card she offered us cash. So that there will be no trace for refund in case we file complaint or sue them. But we don't have time and money to sue you or file a complaint to authorities. Just want to tell Sangam Lougheed that please stop playing with peoples health who trust you blindly and provide you business. If there is a negative ratting to give I would have given...
