Horrible customer service. I go here every day before work and haven’t really had an issue before. Staff is not as friendly as other Starbucks but we’re okay. I bought the reusable mug that is FREE coffee and tea for the month of January. I’ve been going every day so far (10 days). Every single day has been an issue. At first the had no idea about the mug (that they sold in their store) or how it works. Then it was its only for coffee not tea when it says right on the mug coffee or tea. Then it was no iced coffee or tea when again says on the mug it includes iced coffee and tea as well. Every time the staff has been rude about me using the mug. A couple time they made it in a regular cup and tried to charge me for the cup since the drink was free. Then all of a sudden after 10 days of going there they said I can’t use it in the drive through when I have for the past 10 days and every other location lets me with no issues. I explained I had asked before buying the mug if it can be used in the drive through as I have 3 babies I’m not taking out and bringing in to use it. They said you can use it in the drive though. Read moreI stopped here this morning (drive-thru) to grab my usual 1/2 caff Coconut Milk latte. After leaving and driving across Mission I realized it was not made with coconut milk. I don't drink latte's (or anything else) with cows milk so I was 100% sure it wasn't made right. I went back (drive-thru), when I came to the window a man took my cup, checked the sticker and said "it says coconut milk, it isn't the same as other coconut milk, it's made with aged coconuts etc etc, my girl has been doing this 4 years so she knows what she's doing." First of all, she could work there 30 years but she would still be an imperfect human being capable of making a mistake. Second, I drink them everyday so I KNOW when it is different, not to mention I wouldn't go through the hassle of driving back for no reason. Anyway, I'm giving 4 stars because although there was clearly a lack of customer service (questioning me and making it seem like I don't know what I'm drinking) they did make a new one. Read moreI always hit up this Starbucks whenever I'm in town and they're fantastic. Today (Jan 14, 2018 around 2 PM) the staff had to work through a very busy time with only one espresso machine. I can't imagine the kind of stress they must have been under, but they were all kind, happy and getting the drinks out as fast as they could under the circumstances. I literally was greeted as I walked through the door and that hardly ever happens for me. Even though they were all busy, two of the bar staff heard me ask about Clover blends (I wanted a Vietnam blend I'd had somewhere else, but it was out), also helped while still in the middle of what they were doing, to give me their recommendations for what coffee to have in Clover (their recommendation was delicious). Retail is hard work and Starbucks workers somehow manage to do it with a smile on their face.
