Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Mission

I want to start out saying that I do love Mucho Burrito but when I went into tonight the place was a mess, many of the items on the menu were not available (cilantro, mango salsa, many meats, lime-sour cream sauce to list the couple of things I remember). The girl who took our order was listing to music or w/e on her airpod and we had to repeat what we said while ordering many times. The final straw though was that they were out of the wrappings for the burritos...so they wrapped it in saran wrap..which as the burrito had just been heated up would melt. The place was also a mess and looked quite dirty. Me and my friend ended up leaving and we drove to the Abbotsford location and had excellent food and service there. I still love Mucho but I won't be back at...

Mucho is my go to, been going to Abby for years! Was so exited to hear mission is getting a Mucho. Fist time going here was garbage. Didn't have half the ingredients required to make a burrito. Yes that includes cheese... was supper slow. Wrote it off as new location and new employees learning. Went back a second time. Again was garbage, and food even worse. Pico looked like it had been sitting for a few days along with other ingredients not looking so great. Employees are not welcoming and don't seem to want to actually "work" went here a third time and again terrible service. Ingredients didn't look fresh by any mean. Atmosphere was "cold" didn't have shrimp. Or didn't want to make them... anyways go to Abby if you want a good fresh burrito and...

Not a good dine in experience. Management needs to teach there workers common courtesy and respect. The workers love to sweep in your area while you are eating, I told her that it is not a respectful thing to do because when you are sweeping, all the dust goes into the air and it is a bit disgusting. The lady said "it's not a problem, I am sweeping low" I immediately put my burrito down and left. Waste of money and it is not a cheap meal. Mind you this all happened at 5:30pm with no other customers in the store. The sweeping can't wait? And do you have to sweep TOWARDS the customer? This happened the last 2x I've been here, not the first occurrence. No common sense at all. Was a weekly customer but will...
