For the umpteenth time my bacon burger at the drive thru was delivered with no bacon. I'm REALLY sick and tired of this. How difficult is it to put bacon on when the order says bacon? Finding out when I sit down in the restaurant at least provides me a chance to return it for the bacon but finding out there's no bacon when I get home doesn't work for me. I've decided that, from now on, EVERY TIME I order a bacon burger at the drive thru I'm gonna tell whomever hands it to me to take it back, open the wrapper and CONFIRM the bacon is present. I won't move from the drive thru unless I KNOW I got what I ordered and paid for. Enough is enough. I'm just gonna have to be proactive and DO something about it. I stopped going to McDonald's about a year ago on account of constantly being ripped-off at the drive thru. I suppose most customers have so little respect for themselves that they'll allow servers to treat them this way. NOT ME. EDIT: A week or so later. Spoke with the manager on this evening (Tues) about this, she apologized and bought me a meal. Tonight (Friday), drive-thru again, get home, bacon burger has no bacon. Phoned the restaurant this time, spoke to Theresa, said she would speak to "her team" and apologized. That does not put bacon on my burger.

Read moreI wouldn't even give this restaurant one star is it were on option. Every single time I go to this Wendy's they get the order wrong and things are missing. Today I bought my kids lunch. I spent over $50 not only did they get the order wrong. They forgot to put 2 burgers in the bag. When I called the best they could do was replace the burgers at a 15$ value. I drove to wendys took 15 minutes. I ordered my food took 5 minutes. I paid for my food took 5 minutes. I waited 15 minutes for my food while they made it. I drive back home 15 minutes. That's an hour of my time and they only want to compensate me 15$ for screwing my order up forgetting to put things iv already paid for in my order and then expecting me to come back another 45 minutes of my time by the time it's all said and done so I can get what they forgot to put in my bag that i paid for It wasn't even busy the restaurant was empty the drive through was empty....
