Amazing Service and Great Food!

I had a wonderful experience at A&W during my visit. The night shift staff, especially Karan and Simran, were outstanding! Their friendly attitude and excellent customer service made my visit even better. They were polite, attentive, and ensured everything was just right.

I ordered the Chubby Chicken Meal with some drinks, and the food was fresh, hot, and delicious. The chicken was crispy on the outside and tender inside—just perfect! The service was quick, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming.

Expectations and standards not up hold at this location. Staffs not wearing aprons, nor gloves to prepare customers meals. Notice staffs wiping their hands into their clothes after touching customers meals. Also, notice staffs touching operated equipment with bear hands, and then touching customers food. It’s not a standard for A&W. it’s also a safety concern for customers to see when the they are dining in, or taking out. This is a problem that management needs to address immediately going forward. Recommendation: All staffs must wear standard apron, gloves and heat net to promote safety. Also notice other issues...

I order from A&W all the time, and the food is always hot and fresh. Today, from the outside menu, I asked, "Do you sell a bacon and egg breakfast." The cashier said, "Yes, with an english muffin?"

I asked for homefries and a coffee. When I reached the drive-thru window, I paid, and I was handed a bag. Inside was a breakfast sandwich and a hashbrown.

This is NOT what I ordered, and I did feel that I was very clear with wanting a bacon and egg breakfast.
