This location is down the street from the airport this location is super busy so I get it. The atmosphere alone is so unwelcoming the staff are so unorganized that they don't know which order are belong to who they're giving people is different orders and it took me almost 20 minutes to half an hour just to get my coffee and donut. Which I find ridiculous I didn't want to order any hot foods or anything because I know that I'll be standing there for longer that shouldn't be the case..
The line was out the door the drive-thru was packed no one was getting their orders on time orders were being made incorrectly and it was just very unwelcoming. I work at the airport so sometimes I try to get my coffee from this location before going into work or sometimes I won't be able to get my coffee until later on.
I find it very discouraging when I can't order what I want to order because I'll be standing there and I'll be late for work even if I come in super early. A discourages me from ordering any breakfast items because I just ordered a small generic stuff so I can get in and out quickly because I have to get into work.
when I talk to the staff ask him what's taking so long they said that they have so many orders which I can see and they're completely disorganized and they don't know what they're doing and on top of that they're making a complete mess on the countertops spilling coffee and spilling food items all over the place I saw a few staff members just walking back and forth not even helping with making orders or anything they were just walking back and forth making themselves look busy when they were not. We came in around 9:45, stood there for 5 minutes, no one at the counter, so we went to order on the tablet as three of the women finally came out to take orders. We placed our order, but right at 10 pm, the woman at the counter started screaming at everyone to get out of the dining room because it's 10 pm, not even letting those who just ordered sit to eat for a moment. Yelling at each person who came through the door, which is unlocked, to get out. I was baffled at the terrible customer service. But it got worse. They kept saying to get out, even to my partner and I, while we were waiting for our food. Then after badgering a poor woman and her kids, our food was done. We asked if it was all there? She said yes and that we had to leave. Of course one glance at the bag and I knew it wasn't enough, asked for the timbits that we ordered, she grabbed 10 random ones, not the ones I ordered, and put it down. Asked for a bag, she said no. Unbelievable. Nothing online said it closes at 10 pm inside. We had to walk with our food we were going to eat inside, 10 minutes in the rain. Got back, guess what? HALF IS MISSING. And it's cold.
