This is the most ridiculous experience at any retail location. Here are some of my findings:
Employees are not wearing proper uniform My question: is this proper uniform? Answer: it’s cold (avoided my question)
No receipt was offered to me by the cashier in the pink. My question: can I have a receipt? Answer: it was no longer possible as your transaction had ended. My response: You are telling me there’s no way to print a receipt for previous transaction? From having working in retail, I am well aware of the requirements for a Point of Sales system. It was the lady in the grey, who stepped in to find the receipt for me.
Horrendous attitude From entering the store, by displaying an unwelcoming and unfriendly attitude. Furthermore, their juicer claims to have been broken, and to that my group of 4 still ended up choosing other alternates for the brand value that Booster Juice stands for: friendliness, welcoming, and positivity. None of which was delivered to me.
Denying responsibly After having the cashier provide me horrible customer service experience; I had asked to speak to the manager, which she had taken recognition of that leadership role. In my opinion, the lady in the grey sweater who was able to help me get my receipt was clearly the manager that knew her employee was at fault but did not want to take responsible in resolving the issue.
Conclusion: this location has been constantly receiving negative reviews time after time and although it’s no surprise, it’s not acceptable. To say the very least; an airport receives travellers worldwide all the time and with Booster Juice being a Canadian brand, the image it can portray towards the international community is not what we stand for nor...
Read moreThe female employee working the cash register at 8:00 AM this morning added a donation on to my husband's total without asking his permission regarding whether or not he wanted to donate in the first place. It was only after the payment went through that she thanked us for the donation and we were even made aware that we had donated.
While donations are of course a wonderful thing, employees should know that there is a right way and a wrong way to go about getting them - customers have the right to say no if they choose to and customers definitely have the right to know what they are paying for before the transaction goes through. We do not appreciate the way in which this was handled. Everything aside, when my husband asked her to at least give him a card to fill out his name for the wall of donors, she did not give him one.
Highly unprofessional and I am curious now as to how many other unaware customers are making donations that they are not giving consent to. Bad...
Read moreWorst customer service, these girls have no basic decency to speak to the customers.
The girl who handed over my drink was calling with my drink name, but I didn't get her accent and thought it was someone elses. Then the other girl pointed her finger towards me and told with a loud voice that the drink was mine. Then I told her sorry I didn't realize it's mine, then the girls who handed me over my drink rolled her eyes and shaked her head with an attitude in a way that she was irritated with me. I asked her why he acted that way. Her response to that is a smirk. She didn't speak nor apologized. She just smirked and went to the next order. Horrible reponse and service.
They speak in their own language in front of the customers and act like they are making fun of the customer and laugh out loud. I won't prefer this place.
Why has the payment option didn't have a zero tip option? Even if I didn't like their service, I had no other option than giving them tip and...
