A&W Canada — Restaurant in Mississauga

This place is horrible for ordering with skipthedishes I do NOT recommend. I have been ordering for over a year from here, so it's coming from experience. Let me explain:

These guys literally never give you the sauces for anything and I am starting to think it's on purpose. Countless times I have ordered and paid 25 cents for jalapeno ranch sauce and they don't include it. I have had to literally include in the instructions to not forget the sauces. Terrible customer service. I'm writing this review as of today because of possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a beyond meat nuggets with jalapeno ranch, mayo and specifically asked for extra ketchup in the instructions. Do you know what I received? NO SAUCES. How am I supposed to have nuggets without any sauces? Unbelievable. So I called them (August 12 3:00 PM) asking why they always forget the sauce and the lady literally told me "so what" and that it's ok to eat my nuggets raw. She then began to scold me over her own mistake and hung up on my face. I called again to ask for the manager, and apparently she said she was the manager. Redefines the definition of fast food! Should be referred to as, "we'll get to you when we are ready" food! Just brutal service and it has been getting worse with time! I just waited, as the second person in the drive through, for 5 mins before the order in front of me was taken. Then when it was my turn at the speaker, I get told to "wait a minute".

I do so, as it's not like you have a choice, and she does whatever she was doing. I guess she is not efficient at her job, so after taking 5 minutes with the previous customer, Apparently, that wasn't enough time for her to do her job. So, she made me wait another few minutes. Then when she finally comes back, she tells me to wait again!

People are at work trying to stop in for a quick break when they waste their entire time and the lineup at the drive through for a and w, it is just a fadic! They need to do better!

As an employee at this location, you should be embarrassed, and as the manager of this location, you should be ashamed.

I thought the food was alright for the all canadian special; the bacon, sausage, toast, hashbrown, & tomato slice were served well, except the sunny side eggs which had a fair amount of whites not fully cooked. I feel they were rushed given it was my fault for coming 10 mins before the breakfast menu ended, I'll try to come earlier next time. The coffee that I had black was a highlight since it didn't taste overtly burnt or bitter. Weird thing is the couch seating by the side entrance vibrated a bit, most likely the machines are directly mounted to the wall or there's no rubber mounts. The cleanliness of the washroom at the time was good which typically reflects the same of the kitchen, the radio/music choice is generally good during the times I've been here. I'll likely keep coming back given the convenient location amongst other things. Keep in mind my review is critical, I don't give 5 stars away like candy like 99% of reviews out there, 3 stars and above are still good within my standards. I only review a place after I've been there for a minimum of 5 times or if they've done...
