If I could give Sky Zone 10,000 stars, I absolutely would! Thank you to their amazing staff, especially the legendary manager, Maggie!!! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with next-level hospitality and genuine warmth. Maggie is not just a manager, she’s a superstar who goes above and beyond to make every visit unforgettable. Her energy is contagious, her attention to detail is flawless, and her dedication to top-tier customer service is unmatched! Whether it was helping us with our jump passes, ensuring our safety, or just making us laugh with her awesome personality, Maggie made us feel like VIPs the entire time. She runs her team with excellence, and it shows. Every staff member was friendly, professional, and eager to make our experience the best it could be. We had Hiya as our host and she was very attentive and fantastic! She was there for us throughout the entire party and always came to asking if I needed anything. Hiya was exceptional and my family and friends acknowledged her excellent service! If you’re looking for a trampoline park with heart, fun, and outstanding service, Sky Zone is THE place, especially with rockstars like Maggie and Hiya leading the way. Thank you, Maggie and team, for making our day EPIC! We’ll be back again and again because of YOU! 💯 10/10, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I was let down at Sky Zone Mississauga. I am disappointed and disgusted. I spent 85$ on 2 people for a regular visit however I am fine with the price what I am not fine with is what is included. The floors are absolutely horrendous. They are filled with trash and it is insanely crowded. You cannot get through to the trampolines and foam pits or anything else due to the ridiculous amount of people who are not even participating just standing on their phones. There should be a rule or a waiting area for parents waiting. On another note I was represented with a sign of the sinks being closed at the female bathroom and on the sign it said "use the sink near the cafeteria" I went to this sink and it is dirty, soggy and the floor is ridiculously wet which can result in a hazard. Left with no choice I had to use the men's bathroom with multiple other women and it smelt like fish and there was silverfish bugs all around the floor. Is this is a joke? There are multiple negative reviews regarding the cleanliness of the place which the owner responds with the same generic response "top priority and staff knows." Clearly nothing is being done. Sky Zone Mississauga needs to take accountability and make serious improvements. Until then I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Great way to exercise and have fun! Lots of trampolines and different courses/areas. From a free jumping zone, to trampoline dodgeball, ninja warrior, and just a foam pool to jump into. You have to wear their custom socks with grip, which is only $2 and you can keep them. The free jumping area was nice and large, and there's mostly free space to jump on. Great to see how high you can launch yourself. There are 3 Ninja warrior courses. A beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Each one offers a slightly different course layout, albeit small with only 3 segments each. Still fun to run them. The dodgeball area is the most fun. However, you need a minimum of 6 players to start a game up and they would close one court down (of 2 total) if there's not enough people. The only negative part, as my group would rather not want to pelt children with balls. If you're an adult, go with more than 4 or 5, or else you can't play, especially if there's kids playing already. Go on a weekday as it is filled with young children, and some parts are booked off by birthday parties so even if you wait, they'll lock it out for 15-60 minutes.

First time visiting this place AND Celebrated my son’s 10th birthday there on Sunday Feb 5/23. I was sold looking at the website. The online process of booking the “Mega VIP” is simple, and I did receive the call a few days prior to confirm my booking.

To my dismay, we DID NOT receive the VIP treatment. The place was over crowded, barely any seating anywhere for the party guests that were not jumping. I was told my hostess is double booked for a party, and my party room has only a 15 min access instead of 30 mins because of another party in there. I said that’s fine, I don’t have much to set up. I was told I’ll meet my hostess in 15mins, that got changed to 30 mins, and I didn’t meet her until 1.5 hours LATER. I had to ask the front desk staff after 15 mins of the actual party start time, if someone could act as a host to get the kids started (as I mentioned , first time here, and it’s very overwhelming). I don’t feel this was the front desk staff responsibility and she did her best to serve both my party and other public coming in or other parties also happening. We didn’t get the birthday shirt until the end of the party (which I also had to ask for) and although my son was given a sticker for his birthday, he didn’t get any front of the line privileges as promised on the website for this package. The worst part of the experience was the checking in and waiting for the hostess. I hung out near the check in desk trying to keep an eye out for other party guests as they came in, I didn’t have any help from the hostess as I anticipated, the front desk staff took my cakes and foods we brought in, and I had to ask for extra hangers for our locker which was basically a cart on wheels with a hanging rack and two shelves. The front desk staff tried to help us out. We were far away from the bleachers where the kids could put on socks etc. basically tucked in by the water fountain. I didn’t get to watch my children have fun or take video until an hour into my party. The staff are not very engaging with participants, and I saw kids doing cartwheels and other activities that are typically not allowed at other trampoline parks… I don’t see rules posted and no one explained safety or anything to myself or my party.

The party room (which is just 2 tables by the front door with a screen in front of it): The staff did a good job of quickly setting up however I think when handling plates etc, they should wear gloves and I asked the hostess about this and she said they sanitized and she offered to provide plates and cups but I didn’t bother due to time. She also provided me with tape to hang up the banner which was helpful., The bad: There’s no PA system, it took awhile to wrangle the kids and get into the party room which cut into our one hour. The hostess allowed us an extra 10 mins to finish eating cake but she was very pleasant to help with wrapping cake for my guests to take home. She was very apologetic as well and I don’t blame her, this is a management issue. The washrooms and hallways were flooded to the bottom of the stairs, I’m also lucky I didn’t have any guests with mobility issues because it’s not advertised that was the only washroom in that place.

At the cost of $44/participant I feel ripped off and very disappointed. The parking lot is an accident ready to happen and lots of fights over parking spots. Wish they had a spot or two allocated for people that booked a party so they could be near the doors or even a cart available especially since they allow outside food/drink. (Similar to a drop off zone). So Very frustrating and difficult when you need to bring in stuff by hand and I didn’t have anywhere to put my stuff initially (due to hostess availability issues). I do NOT recommend having a party here or the mega vip package. The kids have fun, but I didn’t have any area to sit with the parents of participants and actually told them to leave and come back for the last 45 mins of party when we get in our room. Don’t waste your money - it’s clear what their bottom...

One thing for certain is that your kids will have a blast here. Besides that, nothing else is worth praising unfortunately. Hence the 2 star rating. I hope the owner can read this review so that the appropriate changes can be made to improve their services.

There is plenty of staff on the floor but there doesn't seem to be any managers on site to keep all the student workers in line. I paid for a 3 hour party. 2 hours jump time and 1 hour party room. It took the front desk almost 30 minutes to check in 20 kids when everyone had their waivers signed ahead of time already. There was 5 people behind the desk yet only 2 of them were checking people in. Rest were socializing while customers stood patiently in line. Imagine 20 single digit year old kids waiting impatiently for everyone to be checked in. So right off the bat I already lost 25% of jump time that I paid for.

Next is the party room situation. There is only 1 dedicated room that is sectioned off with glass. The rest are make shift rooms with dividers in an open space. So expect to have other kids wandering into your party space. Little to no privacy at all. They only give you access to the party space 30 minutes before your jump time ends. This pushes everyone else into the jump area. We had to leave all our party room decor, snacks and food in the back kitchen until it was our time to occupy our space. You're given a storage space for all the kids belongings but there isn't enough for all the adults attending to store their things. So you're forced to either leave things back in your car or use their other locker services that's not in the same area as the kids belonging.

I would never spend my money here again unless some drastic changes are made to improve the issues I mentioned above. Imagine having to consider recommending parents to stay at the party because keeping an eye on all the kids is a team effort. Having the party space from the beginning is much more reassuring so that you can at least establish a landmark for the kids to circle back to if they were to get lost from the group that they're playing with. I am skeptical such changes will be made as the business appears to prioritize turnovers with little considsrations to balance that with quality. Sadly, not surprising with franchised businesses.

I should have done more due diligence checking the place out before booking. I only booked the place because my son and his friends all raved about it. I checked the place out 1 week before the party and noticed all these issues right away. I voiced all these concerns with my check in call that I received but the response was pretty nonchalant. I requested the dedicated party room during this call but it was rejected because the girl said all the party room allocations were already decided and rearranging it would be impossible. Yet they called me 48 hours before the party date to assign me my room. She also explained to me it could have worked had I picked up their supposedly phone call 2 days earlier which was a lie because there was no such call made in my call logs. Overall it was a very underwhelming experience on the service front. There are so many better options out there that stand head and shoulders...

Would NOT recommend. This establishment was not a good experience for me and my family. This is the third time in 2 years we have been here and it’s the final straw. You’ve gotta pay for entry, socks, locker, games, and more; yes it’s a business but there was no Groupon or deals at all.

When checking in for wristbands the employee basically shamed us for buying a day pass instead of a monthly membership. I assume it was an attempt to upsell but it wasn’t convincing, she was just rude. She didn’t explain any of the rules and wasn’t welcoming at all. We proceeded to the trampolines, my 4yr old and 1.5yr old were having a blast but we were all scolded for trivial things which really took the fun out of it. We were told no standing along the plastic runways surrounding the trampoline, only 1 person per trampoline (my youngest is afraid on his own), there was a special area for toddlers which was small and secluded and boring, my 4yr old wasn’t allowed on the obstacles even though kids smaller than him were going on them… all the surrounding kids were still breaking all the ‘rules’ and staff members barely spoke up to anyone else. Almost all of the staff encounters were rude and made zero sense. It was dirty, the large springs were exposed along the sides of a lot of the trampolines, and it basically felt like there was no fun allowed and the employees were generally disrespectful. It would have been different if they were polite and explained why these rules were in place or tried to make it a game in any way.

We wanted to use the claw machine at the end but didn’t have change, so we went back to the front and a male employee was going to help get change from the register; he asked the original employee for help and she aggressively told him and me “we don’t do that here” and pointed me towards the ATM, which wasn’t plugged in; she rolled her eyes when I explained this. My kids were extremely upset because they didn’t understand why they couldn’t get a $2 stuffed animal from the claw machine. Near the end of our time here one employee was nice to us and asked if we were having fun, my partner said that it’s okay but we keep getting told not to do normal things. She responded saying they have been firing people left and right and that there’s lots of new rules now. She was the one redeeming part of the whole vibe. Besides that, employees were huddling around registers and gossiping instead of assisting customers and trying to make it a good time for those of us that were overpaying to be there. I’ll never return to this chain of nonsense and I hope that the few good employees can find somewhere better to work. I recommend you save your money and time and find a different place to bring...
