Don’t recommend to come here unless you have an hour to wait in store on a random day even if you order ahead.

Extremely slow. I ordered ahead from the app at 2:47 and when the app kept saying the drink is ready for pick up anytime prior to 3:19. Once I have arrived around 3:15 they just put my drink into the line and says only need 5 more mins. She also said: oh seems like you just ordered not too long ago that’s why (well that’s half an hour ago) And 20 min later they said they are running out of one of the drink still need 5 min. Then 10 min later I still couldn’t get my drink.

I understand if the process is taking long, but I do not appreciate any lies. If they are being honest of how long this might take, some people could just choose to go to other places as not everyone has an hour to wait for a bubble tea.

They also made it seems so obvious that it supposed to operate this way, but transparency and efficiency are the most important things for keeping royal customers.

I personally worked in other bubble tea store before, so I understand sometimes things happen and it requires patient from customers. But looking at the entire store operation and customers services, I’m just so disappoint as a return customer.

This seems to be a more recent issue with their SERVICE. This has happened to me twice in the past 2 months.

Recently, when I order drinks, the service has been extremely poor. The people making the drinks (usually 2 female 1 male) will not let you know that your drinks are ready. They are just continuously making drinks like robots without any attention to customers. I had this issue happen twice - the first time I waited 20 minutes, and the second time I waited 10 minutes. On the first time, I saw many delivery drivers and others pickup their orders after me while I waited, even though my drink was ready. On the second time, it was a pickup, so I paid and waited, but they did NOT inform me that my drink was already ready neither did they check. On top of that, many other customers were also left waiting when their drinks were already made.

Advice to management: Please train your staff to be more attendant to customers that are waiting for their drinks. Your store is fantastic and I would be more than happy to change my review to 5 stars if the service improves.

One of my favourite milk tea places. I love the Fresh Milk Kung Fu Tea series. Hero's Fresh Milk Tea is a balanced milk tea with a strong tea flavour that is kinda refreshing at the same time. White Peach Oolong Fresh MT and Jasmine Oolong MT are crisp and nice. Camellia Oolong Fresh MT is so aromatic; I've never drunk a tea as such fragrant. Mysterious Gangnam Black Tea, can tell the whipped cream top is made of real ingredients and the fatness is satisfying. It becomes regular black MT after the mixture. Interestingly, they don't offer Honey-scented black tea as an option in the Fresh Milk Tea series on the menu. Classic Crème Brulée Fresh MT, the cream spiralling inside the cup adds an extra layer of texture and decorating, yum!
