Ans: I visited today before noon. I wish to make it clear that the service here is always excellent, friendly and courteous. Like I said before, the staff gets 5 stars ✨ all day long.
I am not annoyed by the inconsistency really. It happens. I had a vanilla tea latte yesterday afternoon and it was wonderful and piping hot. Just the way I like it. So today was a meh 🫤 experience with my drink…. Like I said .. it is inconsistent… My experience so far is with the drinks only and not the food or sweets.
I have visited several times before. The online app is easy and quick to use. The baristas are all hard working. They get 5 stars ✨.
However, there is a consistency issue here. For example, today I ordered a large chai tea latte. As you can see there was way too much foam and very little of the actual drink itself. Mind you though, that this happens at some Starbucks locations too. Update November 2024
I have frequented this locations many times over the last few weeks. And I am happy to report that I have found that they have been consistent with their drinks 🥤. I have ordered the same cafe lattes and tea lattes to test the consistency in terms of 👅 taste, follow directions and flavour. I am pleased with the consistency level.
Once again, the service here has always been 5 stars ✨.
So I will leave the judging up to you because for me, this location is a poker game … I don’t know what hand I will get dealt here. I may get a good hand = a well made drink … or vice versa.

Read moreIn the mornings, the store is such a mess. They run out or are low on items after a while like the lids or sugar but nobody seems to restock. The manager or supervisor is always working in the weekday mornings and yet, she doesn't do anything but stand there on her phone. I've mentioned about a recent spill on the floor once and all she did was go take a photo of the spill and text something on her phone, saying how the previous closing shift didn't clean it. I told her that the spill was actually recent, not left by the night before but she ignored me and didn't even clean it up. When the next shift or crew come in for their closing hours, she then proceeds to tell them to clean it up and spoke poorly about other baristas. I think her name is Meg something. I don't know why she's the supervisor/manager, she doesn't do anything but talk poorly of others and doesn't clean up anything, wrongfully blaming it on someone else. She also doesn't seem to know much, often asking other baristas how to make drinks. I feel bad for the other baristas, I see them spend 1-3 hours just cleaning up the supervisor/manager's mess. Read moreI saw this location advertising their smoothies on the front window and I thought hey why not try out a smoothie from second cup. So I pulled up in the parking lot, parked my car and walked in. As soon as I walked in, I notice a lady in a second cup uniform just standing there fiddling with her cell phone. Anyway, I didn't really think much of it because I still needed more time to decided on what I was getting exactly. As I was decided I noticed from my peripheral vision another lady that appeared from im not sure where but as soon as I turned my head to look at the other lady, she pulled out her phone and started to fiddle with her phone too. At that point, I knew what I wanted to get on the menu so I just stood there until their attention gravitated towards me but that didn't happen. Anyway, 15-20 seconds later I took off and grabbed a ice cap from tim hortans with absolutely no complications.
Just putting this in perspective, I am a black man so maybe they saw me and didn't want to serve me. I mean, as I was walking in I notice I couldn't see through the front glass because of the reflection blocking my view to look through but they could see me from the inside.
