Waffle-O — Restaurant in Mississauga

Ordered vanilla crepes ( strawvberries, vanilla ice cream, white chocolate drizzle/ milk chocolate drizzle) on uber eats on Valentines day and made a note to have the chocolate drizzle on the side late in the evening on valentines day. My husband cannot eat chocolate (the kids or I eat his) so I made sure the note was there. When I received my order, there was dark chocolate DRENCHED on the crepe. I called the place and a girl picked up. I explained the situation nicely asking what can be done to correct it and she put me on hold and in a few seconds HUNG UP ON ME. I tried calling 4 times after and no one picked up. I ended up driving to the place and the girl corrected it for me however she was on her personal phone (air pods) the WHOLE TIME. I actually called the store while waiting for my corrected order and she didn't acknowledge the call at that point too. I eventually got my order, asked for her name and the managers name (Amar). As I was walking out I noticed the chocolate was dark and went back and she mentioned that they ran out of milk chocolate... it would have been great to let me know at a bare minimum. I tried calling them to attempt talking to the manager regarding it and now they have no idea when he will be in next. ANYWAY no point in trying to talk to the manager as I am writing this review........ maybe the Oakville...

Had cravings for sweet and savoury and this was nearby and I have never have been. I went on a Friday night in February. Place is shared space with Galitos chicken so the smell was amazing coming in. It wasn't busy at all and able to get a spot to sit.

Ordering is going up to the counter and they would serve you the food at your table. The prices were reasonable and cheaper compared to other dessert places. However, the selection is less compared to the others, but still have fair selection. It would be great if they sold coffee or tea drinks, but unfortunately they do not.

Ordered the Valentino waffle and brownie and fruits crepe. The plates were massive. The waffle was fresh and tasty and the strawberry ice cream was delicious. The crepe was also fresh, thin, with brownies in between each layer alongside fruits.

Would definitely come back again and try other flavours and prices...

Waffle-O shares its location with Galito’s Flame Grilled Chicken and it’s a perfect place to enjoy breakfast, or lunch/dinner and dessert.

They serve great variety of desserts like crêpes, pancakes, shakes and delicious waffles. We tried “Banana Boat Waffle” and “Mango Shake” and we loved both. Waffle was served with fresh fruits and different flavours of ice cream (vanilla, chocolate and strawberry). Would definitely want to try more of their menu items.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and it has a family-friendly vibes making it suitable for you g adults or bringing your kids. Also, ample parking spaces are conveniently located right in front of...
