Pizza Nova — Restaurant in Mississauga

Pizza Nova is always an easy go to when it comes to pizza delivery. I always trust to get a good pizza from them when ordering. I had my first bad experience tonight unfortunately. It's my first negative experience in over 7 plus years which makes this review tough to write up. I ordered a pizza with a few toppings, tomatoes being one of them. The pizza arrived in good time as always but when I opened the box I had to laugh. They placed seven tomato slices around the crust of a large pizza. The tomato slices looked out of place as if they didn't belong. Two slices had no tomatoes on it at all. What made the experience (again, 1 out of 30+ experiences so really not that bad but still...)was their customer service. I understand they probably get a lot of calls about not much at all but I just tried to raise my concern about their lack of tomatoes on their pizza. When I reached their customer service representative, they were almost cold, matter of fact when it came to the fact that they have certain weights for the toppings on pizzas. I told them that I didn't understand how seven lonely tomato slices seemed like a good amount of tomatoes on a pizza. I was put off by their quick answers and lack of interest of listening to their customers. They put a credit of five dollars on my account but like I said, I feel as if they did not listen. I'll order from them again but this time I'll probably call them directly instead of online ordering and maybe change the location I order from. This negative experience didn't spoil my appetite for pizza nova but it did raise some red flags. I just wish I could post the picture...

Absolutely unacceptable service and I will never come back to this location again. I went in to order a slice on the evening of January 19th. There were two men standing by the oven and one female cashier at the front … she spent a while taking the order of the person in front of me, which is fine. When it was my turn, she wouldn’t let me order, telling me to “just wait” while she finished writing down the previous customers order… the amount of time she made me wait was excessive. I’m LITERALLY the only person there and I just want a slice. She, or any one of the other employees in the restaurant could have acknowledged me and asked me what I wanted instead of making me just wait. What does this restaurant do when they actually get busy? Do they even get busy? If the cashier can’t handle multi-tasking, why is she working there? I will NEVER come to this location again but will absolutely escalate this up to Domenic Primucci as he would be disgusted to know the customer service this restaurant has. Employees who work in establishments such as this, who play games, trying to go as long as they can without acknowledging/helping the customer, have no business working in public...

Had a pizza delivered through uber eats. Indian guy that was dressed in pizza nova uniform came to deliver the pizza and left the pizza on my car while he took a smoke in my driveway before delivering my pizza. Never rang the doorbell once but claimed to have messaged me through uber eats which i never got. I specifically asked for the pizza to be left at my front door through the uber eats option. When someone noticed that someone was smoking on our driveway for awhile with a pizza box and notified me, I went outside to grab the food. The pizza nova employee immediately starts giving me attitude and demands me to tip him for waiting 10 minutes outside. Still never rang my doorbell just claims to have called and messaged me which i checked and never got. HORRIBLE person and attitude and extremely unprofessional.
