I had a very disappointing experience at this location on September 26th at 8:35 AM. I was placing an order for a breakfast wrap and tea when an issue occurred that raised serious concerns about food safety and staff conduct.
While taking my order, the team member Reemal needed assistance entering a modification into the POS system. She called over another employee, who was working in the sandwich preparation area. What concerned me was that this employee touched the POS screen with the same gloves she had been using to prepare customer food — a clear case of cross-contamination.
I politely asked if she could please change her gloves before continuing to make my order. Instead of addressing the concern professionally, Reemal turned to the other employee, whispered something, and laughed, which I found disrespectful and dismissive, especially considering I was expressing a valid health and safety concern. Even more concerning, the employee continued to work with the same gloves she had used to touch the screen. I brought the matter to the manager’s attention, and she was very apologetic, which I appreciated. She personally offered to make my sandwich to ensure it was handled properly. I shared with her that I used to work at Tim Hortons myself — it was my first job — and I’m fully aware of the hygiene protocols that should be followed. What I witnessed was clearly not in line with proper training or food safety standards.
While I appreciate the manager’s response and effort to make things right, this experience left me deeply concerned about staff training and professionalism at this location. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve hygiene practices and customer service...
Read moreAmanat Kaur, the assistant store manager, could have made my experience 20 times better, but she is the reason for this complaint. I have been disrespected but never ignored at the window. From start to finish, she didn’t greet me. Didn’t speak to me. I told her she gave me the wrong order and she didn’t even acknowledge that. And then.. she started to rush me out, about “NEXT CUSTOMER” are you trying to cause an accident in your drive through line, because who are you talking to??? So now I’m asking for a manager. She’s the manager in charge on that day lol okay. So I asked her for her name and she refused to give it to me. She was also not wearing a name tag. I asked several workers who were behind her, what’s her name and they also refused to tell me. Navneet, do better. I was asking for her name and was not being a threat whatsoever. Carelessness and ignorance is what this store values! You will never see me step foot in here again 🤮🤢 dirty, disrespectful and flat out RUDE. If you like to feel valued as a customer,...
Read moreThis Tim Hortons no jokes dosent contain 75% of the regular menu. I asked for several drinks and foods such as frozen lemonade, iced coffee, bacon belt, and farmers wrap. All of which they don’t carry, I was already shocked by this and whatever I decided to just be polite and get a regular coffee and croissant with butter. And when I opened up my coffee it was not even half way filled and the croissant was complete smash and burnt and the worst part was they didn’t put butter they put cream cheese and they didn’t even spread it they just put two clumps of cream cheese on the croissant. If I could recommend you to never go to this Tim’s I would. As the service, food quality, and quantity are all...
