I had ordered a steak Medium Rare, and what was delivered well done, not even a bit pink. When I had asked the server what cook was on the steak, she claimed it was medium rare, and then after looking at my astounded expression, she told me that she told the kitchen staff said to just bring it out, claiming she "knew it was bad." She then took my steak back to get it recooked, and came out within 5 minutes. The steak that followed was the most abysmal steak that I had ever tasted.
