Dear Dairy Queen Customer Service Team,
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your establishment located at 2425 Truscott Dr, Unit 13a, Mississauga, ON L5J 2B4.
During my visit, I was disappointed by the unprofessional conduct of the staff. I had to wait approximately 10 minutes for my order to be handed to me, during which time three employees were simply standing around and not attending to customer needs. This lack of attentiveness contributed to a frustrating experience.
Additionally, the store environment was far from satisfactory. The interior had an unpleasant odor reminiscent of a washroom bio, which I understand is a recurring issue at this location. This made the dining experience uncomfortable and unappetizing.
Furthermore, I suffered food poisoning after consuming a milkshake purchased from your store, which was a serious health concern. I also found the salad to be overpriced and of poor quality; it appeared to be rotten and not fresh, which is unacceptable for any food establishment.

   Read moreThis has got to be the worst Dairy Queen I've been to. Ever since this new family took over and the old employees are gone, the service has turned to crap. The treatment I just received from the boy named Aboudy was unbelievably rude!! I ordered a misty slush for my child. He told me the machine isn't working. I asked if it's still not working from a couple months ago, as this is the 4th time I've tried to order one since July. He said yes, it's still not working. Then rudely told me "well it costs tons of thousands of dollars to fix". So I replied that this is DQ and it's on their menu. He then told me that if I worked there than I would undestand, but that I clearly don't. I asked him for his name, which he said he would not give me. I then asked the other boy employee and he told me he doesn't know his name and laughed. I saw a woman sitting in the back of the store, so i started calling out to her. She apologized for his behavior. She asked him to apologize to me, which he refused. At this point an apology wouldn't change anything anyway. When I explained to the woman what happened he started denying what had happened and continued to argue with me. She had no control over the situation. Nothing was done.    Read moreHere is a list of the issues I had with this DQ: A)I ordered a bday cake for my husband and I asked them to draw a slice of pizza and dumbbells on the cake, and they refused saying that they don't have a decorator on staff. Whereas other DQs have always been willing to do this for me. B)When I arrived to pick up the cake they were extremely slow. With only 2 staff on cash and only 2 people in front of me I ended up waiting a good 20 min to pick up the cake. NOT COOL! C)When we got home (a 10 min drive from the DQ) and sliced up the cake right away we noticed that the cake had been frozen, thawed and then re-frozen. We noticed this because the chocolate ice cream layer on the bottom of the cake had ice chunks/flakes in it and tasted more like chocolate ice than ice cream. NOT IMPRESSED!
