Discriminating behavior- They asked us to sit in the middle of the hallway, near walkway in front of reception where every one pass, especially staff, even after we told them we want to sit near window to have some privacy, provided that all the seats near windows are free. However, A guy and a lady who were right ahead of us in line when we were waiting for our turn to sit, she took them to the corner seat. Then after asking 2 times she(supervisor) take us to corner. Then right after 2-3 mins. 2 lady came in, the whole situation was same nothing changed and she took directly both of those ladies too the corner seat. So, the question is Why she was insisting us to sit infront of her eyes. That was the descrimantory behaviour. I don't know she want us to sit infornt of counter in front of her eyes. God knows the reason

Highly Unhygenic: They gave us icecream in dirty glasses, literally there were marks of dirty hands on sides and edges glasses(See pictures).When I call the supervisor and ask why glasses are dirty and not washed properly. She said only "sorry".

No value added- . They just took like something like Chapman's type ice cream and added some chocolate chips and condensed milk even the quantity was low too.

Why we are paying 13-17 bucks for a worth of only 1 buck (150-200) ml of chapman's like icecream which I can buy for 6 bucks 2000ml, if there is no value addition.

Unprofessional staff- When we complained to them about the things they stare at us weirdly from behind the counter and they started gossiping with each.

Do not waste your money and time there.

To be honest. We got refund.Only Ambience and atmosphere is good, rest is garbage. If the food is garbage and only ambience is good then what's the point in going there. We can go some good mall to enjoy good ambience and environment.

In the end, we wasted our time and the whole situation spoiled our mood.

I believe Owners need to train there staff for hospitality and Good Hygeine paractices and should implement some customer feedback mechanism right before...
