I’ve been ordering from here for years as I live in the area. I’ve never had a complaint until recently when I ordered a small pepperoni pizza and brownies. The pizza was mid, but can’t complain about a $6 pizza. When I opened my box of brownies I realized they have placed the brownies in there upside down, as I have order these brownies many times in the past and they have never been served this way. Which made me curious, that there was something wrong with it. I flipped it over and they were burnt…. I’m not the type to complain so I tried it before calling and it have a prominent burnt smell and taste. I find it SOOO disrespectful that not only did a big franchise like dominos knowingly served me burnt food but the fact that their employees would try to hide it. I called the store to inform them that they served me this and I was told that all I can get is a credit…. I said I don’t want a credit, to come back and buy more food from you guys. I want my money back…. You served me something that is clearly burnt. I told the girl I was speaking with to give the manager my number to call me and rectify this, there must be a way you can give me a refund as I have been a customer here for years. All till now nobody has called me. And now that I’m reading the reviews it’s clear they do this often. And don’t even try to rectify the situation with their customers. Y’all needa count your days, shop soon close. I won’t be returning! Y’all coulda just told me the brownies were sold out instead of making people buy stuff that’s burnt. That...
Read moreI regret to say that my recent encounters with Domino's Pizza, particularly this location I have consistently ordered from, have been nothing short of horrendous. What was once a reliable and satisfactory pizza delivery service has devolved into a disappointing experience that I can no longer tolerate. I will not return as a customer to this location.
Let me start by addressing the issue of service. The decline in the quality of customer service at this specific Domino's location is truly disheartening. On numerous occasions, I have encountered rude and unprofessional staff members who seem disinterested in providing a satisfactory experience. Orders have been met with impatience and a lack of attentiveness, leaving me feeling like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.
But it doesn't end there. The delivery service, which used to be one of the highlights of Domino's, has now become a constant source of frustration. My orders consistently arrive late, often well beyond the promised delivery time. I understand that delays can happen occasionally, but this has become the norm rather than the exception. To make matters worse, the pizzas I receive are often lukewarm or, in some cases, even cold. It's incredibly disappointing to look forward to a hot, freshly made pizza only to be greeted with a disappointing, lackluster meal.
I hope that they are able to turn...
Read moreYesterday my daughter came home with a pretty good report card and she was adamant about having a pizza not just from anywhere, but Domino's. So we hopped into the car and came to this location. The young man answering the phone and taking orders was very pleasant, nice to deal with. He was also the guy taking money and the guy making the pizzas. You may see where I'm going with this. There were two other men in the shop, one was waiting for pizzas to come out of the oven, the other was standing just out of sight. So, here we have two guys doing largely nothing and one guy handling the phone, money AND making the pizza. Even though the pizza making / phone answering / walk-in greeting guy was trying to keep up and did wash his hands MOST of the time, it was evident he was pressured. My question is who is running this location and doesn't understand food safety or staffing? Why would they have the pizza making guy handle money and the phone? Why would the guy putting things into the carry out boxes not be wearing food safety gloves? You guys have to think this through. It's not a tall order, but a quick check for Food Safety Training may be helpful. By the way, the...
