Date of Experience: April 11, 2025 ( between 635-730pm) My family and I ordered two pizzas through the app—one gluten-free and one extra-large. The app charged us for delivery and tip, but the pizza never came. When we called the store, they told us it was a pickup order. We have the receipt showing delivery. So, we had to go pick it up ourselves, OK Fine, stuff happens
When we got there, the gluten-free pizza was excellent (as usual), but the extra-large pizza was awful—tasted burnt, weird-tasting, and just not right... We've ordered the same pizza one to two times a month for a long time, and this one was completely off... it did NOT taste write...which they didn't seem to understand.
We called the store again and asked for a replacement pizza delivered, since the first one was inedible. Their response? "It’ll taste the same if we make it again." Seriously?
We were passed back and forth on the phone between a rude male and female staff member, placed on hold multiple times, and ultimately refused any help. No fresh pizza. No solution. Just attitude.
We DIDN'T want a credit. We wanted dinner. We ordered so we wouldn’t have to cook—and we ended up with a bad pizza and a worse experience.
Domino’s claims that if you're not 100% satisfied, they’ll make it right, and the manager list his number. Maybe head office needs to retrain this location on basic customer service and how to handle complaints....
We will never return, and you’ve just lost a loyal customer. Judging by how we were treated, I’m sure we won’t be the only ones...

Absolutely sickening!!!!
I ordered two pizzas and decided to wait in my car for my order.
A guy that works in the pizza store came out and was talking with friends while trying to fit back on the garbage can lid that’s right out front. The guy literally is touching the garbage, shakes his friends hands to say goodbye then walks back into pizza place goes straight to the back where there freezer is comes out with the blue tray that holds their pizza dough. Like !!!???? What is it just to wash your hands ???? It takes 30 secs not to mention he did care cause he knew there could be customers sitting out looking. Will never ever on the face of this planet ever return to this location again.
I literally left the pizza and drove off.

Read moreI ordered delivery today and both pizzas were horrible. One was overcooked because it was a signature pizza thin crust and the other regular pizza the dough was undercooked. Undercooked because the dough was still mushy in the inside. The overcooked had the cheese burnt to the extend that the cheese formed a crust. I did not bothered calling , taking pics and complaining because franchises like these don’t care anymore and are not consistent. It’s all about turnover and grab money fast!! I have ordered from here before and it was always good. Btw don’t order dipping sauces as they are tiny not worth it. Better of buying them at Pizza Pizza. At delivery they don’t like to give you a receipt apparently mine was at the car. Well lesson learned back to Pizza Nova and wait a little bit longer. Also they don’t have a call center, every franchise dictates their business how they want so it’s lose...
