Gino's Pizza — Restaurant in Mississauga

Ordered medium Hawaiian and a medium cheese pizza for dinner and it was the best pizza we have EVER had. The crust was perfectly thin and nicely toasted. It looked good and tasted even better. Ordered by phone directly to Central Parkway Mall location. Staff and manager were very friendly and professional. We will definitely be ordering from here again. UPDATE: We ordered from Gino's Burnhamthorpe location again and I didn't think it was possible to make the pizza even better than the last time. It was delicious and the staff and delivery person are amazing and very friendly. Thank you for providing great service and delicious food again. We couldn't wait to take a bite.

UPDATE #2 - I don't know what happened today, but we are pretty disappointed. It took almost an hour for delivery only to open the boxes and in 1 box, the dipping sauces were all over the box and the pizza because the lids were melted and melted on the pizza. The other box only had 3 slices or pepperoni on a large. Then, I had to wait another 50 minutes for replacements only to get pepperoni on half the pizza. After waiting 2 hours for our pizzas, I have completely lost my appetite. I feel like we wasted our...

Gino’s Pizza is an absolute gem! I ordered a small cheese pizza with halal pepperoni, feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes and red onions and they took it to the next level with a drizzle of barbecue sauce and a perfect sprinkle of hot chili flakes. Every bite was a flavor explosion, savoury, tangy and just the right amount of heat! The crust was beautifully crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, cooked to perfection. Not only was the pizza incredible, but the value was unbeatable! For just $18, I got my fully loaded pizza, two garlic dipping sauces and a drink! Such a great deal, especially with them offering halal options! It’s so refreshing to find a place that caters to different dietary needs without compromising on taste or quality. On top of all that, the service was outstanding. The staff was super friendly, welcoming and made sure my order was done just right. You can tell they take pride in what they do. This was my first time ordering from @Gino's Pizza. I placed order for their Web Special pizza (Large pizza with 5 toppings and a dipping sauce). I also ordered 12 oz potato wedges and 12 chicken wings. Here is my experience:

Potato wedges were fresh and warm when I picked them up, however; they were not crispy. Chicken wings were not as crispy as they should be, the skins were very soft (similar to a rotisserie chicken) and since there was not any seasoning, they smelled like uncooked chicken. We could not eat it, as the smell was very strong, The pizza itself was cooked very well and the dough was good. However; the veggies were sliced paper thin (please see the attached picture) and cut in small pieces that you could not taste them while eating the pizza. The veggies were Mushroom, red onions and Bell pepper. and Also, the chicken was cubed so small, that it did not have any meaning to ask.

I called customer service at 310-4466, but for some reason, I could not get through.

Overall, I do not think I will be doing business with Gino's...
