Gino's Pizza — Restaurant in Mississauga

Horrible experience ordering from this place. I ordered 4 Monster Energy Drinks (my only reason for choosing this place as I needed them for studying) and decided to get a small pizza with artichoke hearts and jalapeno peppers as well. When the delivery guy arrived he informed me that they were running low on Monster Energy and brought orange juice instead. The delivery was through Foodora so I didn't get angry with him as it wasn't his fault. I told him just to keep the orange juice, I have a whole jug at home. But I was a little curious as to why they didn't contact me to inform me of the switch as many restaurants I've placed orders at have before. As if this wasn't annoying enough when I ate the first piece of pizza it was super greasy, way too many jalapenos, very thin and weirdly salty and funny tasting. When I looked closer I saw they put not artichoke but ANCHOVIES on my pizza! I respect all peoples palettes but I'm a vegetarian and my dad has an anaphylactic allergy to fish. So I was thoroughly angry and grossed out. Save yourself the time and money, just go to another pizza place. Clearly it was someone new, or maybe the entire team there just pops LSD before making...

Customer Service is GREAT! Accuracy of the order requires additional work. This is not my first time ordering from here as it is across the street from my house. I placed my order ONLINE through the ritual app. My order was; Bacon STRIPS, Mushrooms and Cheddar. I recieved; Bacon BITS, PEPPERONI, and Cheddar. I was not paying attention when she showed me the pizza at the store and took it home. When I got home is when my boyfriend and I realized this is not our pizza. If I wasn't so hungover and already ate a ton of salt today I would have kept the pepperoni pizza. I called and they were great in advising me to come back and they'll give me the correct order. The reason for my review is look at this pizza I took home, it looks so sloppy and did NOT taste good at all. I'm not impressed with my food and the lack of love. The first pizza was beautiful and if the pizza I actually ordered came out like that I would have had nothing but good things to say about this experience. Again I have had several encounters where the wrong toppings are on the pizza but all other times I've just sucked it up. 3 stars for having GREAT customer service and...

Will not come back. Just ordered a pepperoni and cheese pizza... There was like next to no cheese on my pizza. Tasted awful and couldn't take it back as I was driving by and not about to drive 20 mins. Looked like one girl working who clearly hasn't been trained properly.

Update: New management? Lol you might want to give them a call. There was one girl working on a busy night. She had no clue what she was doing... And she can't cook a pizza. Not her fault she was in unprepared, she was very nice and was trying. Train your staff or do Gino's a favour and sell your location. Got confused ng decent pizza a bad name. The replies to the complaints on here which looks like quite a few are an example of your poor customer service. "We'll try better next time"
