So we ordered at like midnight (12) this was my first time. Their service was not the greatest, it took quite a long time to get our drinks, most likely bc they were busy not really? (idk just seemed like it was). I wanted to give this place a 2.5 stars, but didnt know how to, and the reason is when i went in to get the drinks from uber eats, the lady i was talking to wasnt the friendliest (but it was like 1am and yes it took more than 30 mins to get our drinks) also she forgot 1 of our drinks then gave me a reaction as if she doubted me and i had to ask to double check my order to prove i was not lying. After like checking if we had all our drinks walked out, we took them out in the car and realized they messed up one of the drinks (forgot the tapioca) and i went in and asked if they could just put it in the cup, she shook her head and said no with a frown then quietly sighed and asked if it was okay to put it on the side... that was fine, it was just again the tone, the attitude and the waiting time that i didnt really enjoy.
Overall the drinks were good, not bad, i like that the drink had a more tea taste then the milk taste in their milk tea, not big fan of the tapioca but would i come again? Probs not , majority bc of the service and i am a little picky with bbt. hope this was helpful. P.S the food was also pretty good ngl, we got the taro balls and got the fish tofu ( i really liked it) but if everything is closed then i...
Read moreThis place has so much potential. Their Chicken and Fish & Chips are delicious, their bubble tea is pretty good. Their service and general flow is a complete mess! I came here with my friends, and it took over 30 minutes for the 5 of us to order, and an hour to get our drinks and food. If you’re eating in, they ask that you order at the front, where you also receive your drink order. Your food, on the other hand, is brought to your table. There is a lot of confusion between the staff members, and one of my friends didn’t get his simple off the menu drink for 45 minutes. The 3 guys behind us had to wait more than 30 minutes just to order their 3 drinks.
The place is huge, and fairly clean, but it is disorganized, and has an identity crisis. On the one hand, it is a walk in bubble tea that is extremely slow. On the other hand, it is a restaurant with great food, but terrible order and customer service flow. On the other other hand, it is an internet cafe that fails to advertise itself as such, and does not have the cozy atmosphere and dim lighting I’d expect at such a venue. On the other other other hand, it is an arcade with very few machines stuffed at the back of the room with seemingly no customer service or attention.
Like I said, this place has so much potential! I’ll definitely be back for their fish and chips. I hope they’ve figured things...
Read moreI was there with a friend last Sunday, and this was our 3rd visit and will be our last. The lady did not greet or welcome us when we walk through the door but instead just stared at us. When we ordered our drinks, she was not helpful when we asked for suggestions or recommendations. While she was making our drinks, I ask if I can use the bathroom, and she said, "sorry, no, it's close" So this place has a gaming/restaurant area at the back where we can see everything from the front. We saw people walking in and out of the bathroom, and they were all mostly Asian customers. I don't like to think they are prejudice, but it seems like it is the way we were treated. My friend and I ordered the mango slushie, and by the time she finished making them, no farewell or goodbye. It was like she wanted us to leave quickly. When we got in the car and drove off, our drinks were not blended well. It was supposed to be a smooth mango slushie, but all we keep crunching on is ice. Think of it like a snow cone. I will never come back here ever again. There are so many bubble tea places around that provide better service...
