I went to this kfc 13 April 2018 only because u didn't have time to go to hurontario and eglinton I wished I had read all the reviews. I read the first one upon arriving at the store I asked to speak to a manager I showed her the review that I saw she assured me this would not be so. Upon reaching home and opened the box I was shocked what the hell was this. The wa's bits and pieces of chicken never in my life of going to KFC across the GTA have u seen such a thing after calling the store number for the 20th time I finally got a hold of someone I spoke with this gentleman who said his name was Karani and be was the person on duty in charge the manager LUNA was not in. I explained and told him the situation and that I wanted a full refund he said he couldn't do that it would have to wait until LUNA got in which would be Monday REALLY!!! He then proceded to tell me it was maple lodges chicken fault and they head office needs to change supplies and all this bull. I told him I will be contacting head office he encouraged me to do so and offered me 8 pieces of chicken if I went back yesterday. I wasn't gonna go back for 8 pieces of chicken. Read moreI would give zero stars if I could because the service here is terrible and the chicken is dry. We came here about a month ago and got an eight piece bucket combo. Instead of eight pieces we got seven. The chicken was dry it was almost inedible. My husband phoned the location and explained the situation. The manager after arguing with us said OK next time you come in he will give us an eight piece combo for free. He took our name and number. Few weeks later we go in to get our free bucket and surprise surprise they don't have our name written down anywhere! After my husband argued with the manager on duty she offered him four pieces of chicken. We told her to keep her chicken and that we won't be back!!! While we were there a lady received her order. I guess she heard us discussing our problem with the manager. She decided to check that her order was complete and there were items missing. We don't eat a lot of KFC but when we do it will not be this location. It is so cold on there it feels like the walk-in fridge at COSTCO!!! I arrived at the location at 11 AM, only to find that they were closed—despite their website and in-store posters stating they open at 10:30 AM. I then went through the drive-thru, where I was informed that the kitchen was not working, so they couldn't serve customers. Fair enough, I understand that.
However, when I asked how I could get a refund for my already-purchased order, no one seemed to have an answer. One staff member admitted they didn’t know what to do, who I should contact, or how to handle the situation, as they hadn’t received any training for it.
Unfortunately, this isn't the first issue I’ve encountered at this location. My orders are often delayed, and there always seems to be some operational problem. The staff's lack of organization makes this location highly unreliable.
To make matters worse, while the app provides an option to cancel an order, it requires calling "support" to complete the process. I made several attempts, but no one answered. As a result, I paid for an order I never received and couldn't get a refund—leaving me feeling...
