Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Mississauga

I am very disappointed with this particular Pizza Pizza location, as I have always been a loyal customer of Pizza Pizza. I, recently, went to this location because I was visiting my parents and received extremely rude treatment from a member of the staff team. I am usually quite nice and respectful to the elderly; because I know that they have a tough time finding a job, but this particular elderly staff member firstly interrupted my conversation with my father and then he started one-sidedly giving me a lecture about how the way my father and I handled a particular matter. To be honest, every family has their own way or understanding as to how they want certain matters to be handled. I do not understand how it was relevant for me to explain to a stranger at Pizza Pizza. I believe that most people would agree that how customers handle their own matters are personal things between families. I do not think it was in his position or authority to criticize or lecture. Another thing was that instead of completing his assigned task of making the pizza promptly, he used his time to lecture on the client's personal matter. I, honestly, believe that the Pizza Pizza headquarter, franchise owner, or at least the location supervisor should consider whether it is reasonable for customers to receive such treatments when they are there to simply purchase pizzas. I, honestly, do not want to escalate by sending a formal complaint to all relevant parties. Hopefully, all the relevant parties listed above will take this incident seriously and implement better...

Pizza Pizza is a local pizzeria that I recently visited. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and overall it was tasty and satisfying. The crust was slightly thin and the sauce was well balanced, but the standout element was definitely the pepperoni. It was slightly spicy and had that desirable crispiness when cooked. However, while the pizza itself met my expectations, the experience was dampened by the poor customer service.

Upon entering the store, I was met with confused and rather indifferent staff members. They seemed disinterested in my presence and lacked basic customer service etiquette. When I asked for recommendations, they did not engage with me and seemed annoyed by my questions. This made the experience uncomfortable and unsatisfactory, even though the pizza itself was decent.

Overall, I would give Pizza Pizza a 3-star rating. The pepperoni pizza was good, but the customer service was lacking. I hope that this pizzeria can improve in this area because it would make a big difference in the overall experience. I wish i could give this Pizza Pizza shop - 5 stars. I have ordered a Halal Large pizza. After 20-25 minutes got my pizza. Went home, as I opened the pizza box at home, i saw pepperoni on it. Rushed back to the store, the play boy who were working there, instead of excusing, started misbehaving us. As i tried to explain him to 1) follow the hygienic instructions, as your hair can fall in food stuff. He says, I do whatever i want, it's my shop. 2) I asked them, i didn't order any pepperoni, so why is it on it? He started threatening me in front of other customers. 3) I asked him where is the cutter for Halal pizzas, instead of showing it to us, he started arguing who the hell you are to ask me about that. My Advise to people whom wish to buy/order Halal products from Pizza Pizza or at least this Pizza Pizza store on Creditview, must better be careful. I have no words for this guy. It's...
